Analysis On The Level And Regional Differences Of Agricultural Green Development In Henan Provinc

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s agricultural economic development has achieved a new leap,and the comprehensive agricultural production capacity has increased rapidly.However,behind the development of high-pollution,high-investment and high-emission agricultural production,there are also too many problems of historical debt to ecological resources and environment.Henan province is the main grain-producing area in China,and green agricultural development is the inevitable trend of agricultural development in henan province in the future.Based on this background,it is necessary to explore and construct the evaluation index system of agricultural green development in Henan Province and evaluate its comprehensive level to analyze and answer the above questions.This enriches the theoretical content of agricultural green development,at the same time analyzes the problems and deficiencies in promoting agricultural green development in Henan Province,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for Henan province and other regions similar to henan Province in agricultural production environment.In index system build section,from the level of resource conservation,green production,life,environment friendly four aspects,each aspect and contains multiple indicators at the same time,this formed the four aspects,three layers,17 indicators wide coverage in the field of the evaluation index system framework,makes the analysis results can be more intuitive compared with traditional agriculture.According to the construction index system,the comprehensive score of agricultural green development level of 31 provinces and cities in China was calculated by using entropy method,and the agricultural green development status of Henan province was analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the agricultural green development of Henan Province from the Angle of four secondary indexes.Then the 18 cities and counties in Henan province were divided into developed,more developed and developing regions according to their agricultural GDP.The Sir Coefficient method is used to calculate the regional differences,and the structural decomposition of the Sir Coefficient of the three agricultural economic zones is carried out,so as to analyze the overall regional differences,interval differences,intra-regional differences and the differences of the secondary indicators.The results show that the score of agricultural green development in Henan province has been increasing year by year and is above the middle level in China.The differences of agricultural green development in Henan province showed a downward trend,but the differences fluctuated repeatedly and the trend was not stable.The regional difference is the main reason for the imbalance of agricultural green development level in Henan Province.The level of green agricultural development varies greatly in different regions.Through the analysis of the empirical results,this paper puts forward four problems in the agricultural green development of Henan Province: the ecological environment needs to be further improved,the lack of agricultural technical support,the relatively backward living standards of farmers,and the imbalance of agricultural green development.On the basis of scientific judgment analysis and the actual situation of Henan Province,this paper proposes to strengthen the green publicity and improve the quality of ecological civilization.Building professional personnel and promoting the promotion of green technology;Increase multi-channel investment of funds to improve farmers’ living standards;Give full play to regional advantages and make up for shortcomings and narrow differences.
