Research On The Driving Mechanism Of Scientific And Technological Innovation In Fisheries In Jiangsu Provinc

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the comprehensive strength of fishery economy in Jiangsu province has been significantly improved,among which the rapid development of science and technology has played an irreplaceable key role.However,Jiangsu fishery economy still has many disadvantages,such as unreasonable structure,inadequate pace of intelligent fishery development,and insufficient impetus of fishery science and technology innovation.After entering the 14th Five-Year Plan,whether Jiangsu’s fishery economy can adapt to the emerging development situation,change the development mode,improve the development quality,focus on green production capacity and benefit the fishermen,depends on whether Jiangsu’s fishery science and technology innovation can make new breakthroughs.Combined with the current situation of fishery science and technology innovation in Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and insufficient causes of fishery science and technology innovation in Jiangsu Province,and explores the new momentum of fishery science and technology innovation,so as to provide theoretical reference for the innovative development of fishery in Jiangsu Province.This paper uses the method of combining literature research,theory and empirical research,to analyze the research on the dynamic mechanism of the fishery science and technology innovation of Jiangsu Province,and to make the fishery science and technology innovation policy and innovation support system.On the basis of the analysis and research background,this paper puts forward the necessity and significance of the research of fishery science and technology innovation,systematically summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars in the field of agriculture(including fishery)science and technology innovation theory,the connotation of fishery science and technology innovation,characteristics,elements and the theoretical basis of fishery science and technology innovation.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of fishery economy and fishery science and technology innovation in Jiangsu Province,the fishery science and technology innovation system in Jiangsu Province has been simulated.Through the comparison of the local current situation in Jiangsu province,the correlation between the input and the output,and the role of the government in Jiangsu province have been analyzed.In addition,combined with specific examples and data,the lack of fishery science and technology innovation power in Jiangsu province has been analyzed,and the factors affecting its dynamic mechanism have been analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis and research,combined with the situation of Jiangsu,from the management mechanism,investment mechanism,incentive mechanism and service mechanism,etc.,puts forward the Jiangsu fishery science and technology innovation power mechanism construction countermeasures and suggestions,to accelerate the modernization of Jiangsu province fishery,efforts in the "strong rich beauty high" new Jiangsu construction journey give their own contribution.
