| As one of the basic industries of the national economy,the electric power industry has a direct impact on the quality of production and life of various industries and residents in the national economy.As an important part of the power system,substation needs to be automated in order to further improve the safe and stable operation of power in the new era.However,in the comprehensive automation transformation of substation,the whole construction process is chaotic and the management efficiency is low.Usually,in the construction of substation automation transformation,construction and management are carried out according to oral orders,which leads to the lack of systematic management methods,scientific management strategies and insufficient rationality in the actual management process,leading to low management efficiency,slow construction,and even low construction quality.Therefore,it is necessary to implement effective supervision and management and formulate a scientific and reasonable project schedule management plan to effectively ensure the smooth and high-quality completion of the substation integrated automation transformation project.This study takes the 500 kvyf substation comprehensive automation transformation project of L Power Supply Bureau as the research object.Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,After the analysis of the overview of the comprehensive automation transformation project of 500 kvyf substation,the project decomposition is implemented under the application of WBS.Then,on this basis,the project automation transformation schedule is formulated,the implementation time parameter is calculated and the key route is confirmed,and the relevant influencing factors in the progress management are discussed.Through the final optimized key route,the initial construction period is reduced from 34 days to 28 days,which can be reduced by 6 days compared with the expected construction period,It can effectively guarantee the smooth implementation of the project plan.Finally,the dynamic monitoring is carried out for each link in the project construction process,and the construction deviation analysis is realized based on the earned value method.After the relevant influencing factors are determined,the construction plan is adjusted.Finally,the relevant safeguard measures are determined from four aspects of organizational safeguard measures,technical safeguard measures,resource safeguard measures and system safeguard measures,so as to ensure that the project can complete the predetermined objectives within the predetermined time,and provide relevant reference value for the progress management of the same type of project. |
