Research On Project Schedule Management Of WoLonggang Substation Automation Renovation

As the basic industry of national economy, electric power industry directly affects the national economy and people life. Undertaking the important task of power transformation and distribution of electricity, substation is an important part of power system. Therefore, in order to improve the safety and reliability of transmission and distribution substation, reforming substation automation is necessary. However, scientific and reasonable management method always lacks in the process of renovation construction. Consequently, the construction efficiency is low, even the tasks of construction are not completed. Therefore, it is very important to promote the substation automation renovation project by using schedule management.Firstly, this paper takes the substation integrated automation renovation project as research object, understands the research status of project management, and points out the necessity of this research. Secondly, based on the theory of project management, this paper detailedly expounds the tasks and characteristics of electric power engineering project management and its management method, and analyzes the characteristics, the content and the method of progress management of substation integrated automation renovation project, the common problems and the necessity of the project schedule management. In addition, this paper designs the organizational structure that fits substation integrated automation reconstruction project and how to determine the positions and functions. Finally, taking WoLonggang substation integrated automation reconstruction project as an example, this paper analyzes the plans and measures of schedule target control of substation integrated automation reconstruction project from several aspects including the content of the schedule management, the progress of plan, the influencing factors of progress and the measures to ensure progress of the substation integrated automation renovation project. Then this paper makes a detailed plan adjustment for the project schedule through working decomposition principle, critical path representation method, and so on. This paper makes a more scientific and reasonable project schedule management for the substation automation project.
