With economic development and social progress,the power system,as an important pillar of the economy,has an increasingly obvious role.Substation is one of the most important infrastructure constructions in the power system.In order to ensure its stability,substation renovation projects are becoming more frequent.The schedule of related projects for substation transformation not only relates to the safe and stable operation of the substation,but also affects the normal electricity and safety of residents,and also plays an important role in improving the economic level of the surrounding areas.Therefore,before the construction of the substation renovation project,it is necessary to fully grasp the construction cost,construction period objectives and various available resources and other factors,and effectively control the project implementation schedule,and take corresponding preventive measures against possible deviations in the schedule to ensure the project Able to proceed in an orderly manner according to the schedule.In this dissertation,combined with the automation transformation project of Acheng Substation,the progress management of the transformation project of the substation is analyzed and researched.First,analyze and summarize the related literature of schedule management through the literature analysis method.On this basis,the basic situation of the project was introduced,including the project background,project construction content,project available resources,etc.Afterwards,according to the characteristics of the substation reconstruction project,the work decomposition of the Acheng substation automation reconstruction project was carried out and related analysis Schedule influencing factors,sort out the logical relationships of work,and use network technology and other related methods to formulate project schedules.Reuse the time-cost balance method to reduce the time required for the schedule plan,and propose corresponding schedule control measures for the compressed work steps to effectively control the project implementation;finally,from organizational guarantee,technical guarantee,resource guarantee and system guarantee In other aspects,formulate schedule guarantee measures to ensure that the schedule can be completed on schedule.This dissertation uses management methods and tools to study the schedule management of the automation transformation project of Acheng Substation,and proposes corresponding management methods to ensure that the project can be implemented and completed according to the schedule,and has a certain degree of positiveness in the schedule management of this project.The research conclusions have certain practicability and can be used in the process of actual transformation projects.They also have guiding significance for similar power system transformation projects,and can also provide corresponding references for similar projects in the future.
