The Creation For Graduation Work <Homing>

This paper expounds and analyzes the graduation work <Homing>,through participatory observation,the film depicts the image of Wang Chik,an everyday person with commitment to the ideals of ecological civilization.The film reflects the general situation of the bird conservationists and the environment in which the group occurs.The documentary aims to disseminate knowledge of wild bird conservation to the public,conveying the concept of nature conservation,and emphasizes the current value and significance of ecological civilizations.This paper draws on semiotic theory to analyze the methods of character construction in documentaries.At the same time,it summarizes the gains and weaknesses in the creation of the documentary,and looks forward to enhancing the practical exploration in the makings of the documentary.
