Research On Liaoning's Construction Of Ecological Civilization On The Basis Of Ecological Ethics Perspective

Currently,ecological crisis occurred frequently that has caused global attention.The ecological problem has become a key problem which have to face and solve in the process of ecological civilization construction of Liaoning province.How to solve the ecological problems in economic development of the new situation is a new requirement and new challenges of ecological civilization construction in liaoning province.Using the correct ecological ethics theory can make the relations among people,nature and society become more scientific and reasonable.We should fully absorb the essence of modern human centralism,adhere the development concept of people-oriented,promoting the sustainable development of ecological civilization in Liaoning province.Finally,to promote the harmonious development of human and nature for effectively improve the ecological environment in Liaoning Province.Then,comprehensively improve the scientific level of the construction of ecological civilization in Liaoning province.This study used literature to define the key concepts which associated with ecological ethics and ecological civilization.And systems analysis and elaborate of the ecological Ethics which ecological civilization construction should be followed in Liaoning Province.It laid the theoretical foundation for the construction of ecological civilization in Liaoning Province.On this basis,I analyze the current situation of ecological civilization construction in Liaoning Province.I pointed out the basic situation and reality bottlenecks of the construction of ecological civilization in Liaoning,then I deeply analyze the root cause of the bottleneck.By theoretical with practice and based on the current situation,I proposed policy of building ecological civilization in Liaoning Province,that adhere to the "people-oriented" to improve people's ecological awareness,adhere to the sustainable development to promote the economic structure of liaoning optimization,and adhere to the ecological civilization legalization construction to speed up the pace of construction of Beauty Liaoning.
