Abstract/Summary:
This thesis takes the"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentences expressing concessive meanings as the research object, based on the analysis of authentic corpus in the corpus, and using the theory of complex sentences such as Mr.Xing Fuyi as the theoretical basis, and using the research method of combining description and interpretation, conducts a more detailed analysis of the corpus of three types of complex sentences. On this basis, through comparative analysis, the three types of complex sentences are investigated and compared. The introduction section introduces the purpose and scope of this study, summarizes the current research situation of"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentences, and explains the theoretical basis, research methods, and corpus sources of this article. The first chapter examines and compares the three from the perspective of linguistic forms. In terms of relational terms, the relational terms of"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentences can be divided into two categories:concession terms and acceptance terms. The concession terms of"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)are"Jishi"(即使),"Jiusuan"(就算),and"Napa"(哪怕),respectively.The concession terms of"Jishi"(即使)and"Jiusuan"(就算)can indicate actual and virtual concessions, while"Napa"can only indicate virtual concessions."Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentences can be divided into two categories according to part of speech:adverbs and conjunctions,as well as four categories according to usage. In the position of"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)and its leading clauses,"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)can be before or after the subject;"Jishi/Naps"clauses can be pre placed or post placed, while"Jiusuan"(就算)clauses can only be post placed. In terms of subsequent syntactic components,"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算哪怕)can be followed by substantive components, predicate components, prepositional phrases, and sentences. The second chapter examines and compares the three from the perspective of linguistic content, and points out that according to the relationship between the antecedent and the consequent terms of"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentences, they can be divided into forward constraint relationships, reverse constraint relationships, and non constraint relationships. When the"Jishi"(即使)complex sentence indicates a clockwise constraint relationship, the preceding clause A and the following clause B indicate the purpose action meaning; When"Jiusuan"(就算)is used in a compound sentence with a clockwise constraint relationship,A and B indicate a sequential connection; When"Napa"(哪怕)is used in complex sentences with a clockwise constraint relationship, the semantic relationships between A and B are more diverse than those of"Jishi"(即使)and"Jiusuan"(就算)complex sentences, which can express purpose result, condition result, cause result, and hypothesis result meanings.When"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)is used in complex sentences that express reverse constraint relationships, the semantic relationships of A and B can be hypothesis reverse results, comparative reverse results, special case reverse results, and extreme value reverse results.When"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentences are used to express non restrictive relationships, the semantic relationships between A and B can be table selection and table juxtaposition.Chapter Three examines and compares the pragmatic value of the three from the perspective of the focus of the whole sentence. When the"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentence expresses a clockwise constraint relationship, the focus of the"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentence is B,and the focus of the"even if"complex sentence is A;When the"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentence indicates a reverse constraint relationship, when A is a hypothetical or comparative level, the focus of the"even if/even if/even if"complex sentence is B,and when A is a special case or extreme value, the focus of the"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentence is A;When the"Jishi/Jiusuan/Napa"(即使/就算/哪怕)complex sentence indicates a non restrictive relationship, the focus of the"Jishi/Jiusuan"complex sentence is B,and the focus of the"Napa"complex sentence is A.The fourth chapter is the conclusion, summarizing the content of this thesis, and pointing out the innovation and shortcomings of this thesis.
