Study On Coupling Coordination Evaluation And Regulation Strategy Of Red Culture Inheritance And Rural Revitalization

According to the 14th Five-Year Plan,we will give priority to developing agriculture and rural areas,comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and make solving problems concerning agriculture,rural areas,and farmers a top priority in the Party’s work.Hong ’an is the first general county in China.Under such an environment,the local characteristic red culture should be fully explored to promote the implementation of rural revitalization.The key to this process is how to realize the organic integration of red culture and rural revitalization,so as to achieve the goal of rural revitalization.On this basis,starting from the research background and purpose,this paper analyzes the current situation of the research on red culture and rural revitalization at home and abroad,and discusses the interactive relationship between red culture and rural revitalization.Secondly,the evaluation index system,coupling coordination model and grey correlation degree model of "red culture inheritance" and "rural revitalization" are established by referring to previous relevant research results.Finally,taking Hong ’an County of Hubei Province as the research object,the coupled coordination degree model of red culture inheritance and rural revitalization was used to analyze the collected local data,evaluate the development level of red culture inheritance and rural revitalization in Hong ’an County and the coupled coordination degree of the two,and find the key factors affecting the coupled coordination of rural revitalization and red culture inheritance through the grey correlation degree model.On this basis,The corresponding improvement plan is put forward.The research shows that:(1)there is an interactive relationship between rural revitalization and the inheritance of red culture,which can promote the development of rural economy,the construction of rural spiritual civilization and the construction of rural grassroots organizations.Rural revitalization can effectively protect red cultural resources,cultivate professional red cultural inheritors,and provide policy support for inheriting industries.(2)In the past three years,the overall level of red cultural inheritance and rural revitalization in Hong ’an County,Hubei Province has been continuously improved.In 2019,it was still in a slightly uncoordinated state during the development of red cultural inheritance and rural revitalization,but in 2021,it has reached a moderately coordinated state.Among them,the D value of coupling coordination degree in 2019 was only 0.362,and the D value of coupling coordination degree in 2021 was 0.786,which reached a high level of mutual promotion.(3)Among the factors that affect the coupling and coordination level of red cultural inheritance and rural revitalization in the case,the talents of red cultural inheritance,farmers’ income,the construction of grassroots party organizations and other factors have had a significant impact.On this basis,this paper puts forward targeted control strategies for the coordinated development of red culture inheritance and rural revitalization in Hong ’an County.This study has certain practical significance,in order to provide some reference for the rural revitalization work in more old revolutionary areas.
