Research On The Inheritance And Development Of Red Culture In Wuqi County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

After the 18 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping came to the Yan’an Revolutionary Memorial Hall and repeatedly emphasized the need to let the red spirit shine in the new era.Red culture is the culture of the Chinese nation formed by the Chinese Communist Party leading the people in the practice of long-term revolutionary struggle,and is imbued with the spiritual pursuit of the Chinese nation.The report of the 19 th Party Congress has more profoundly clarified the importance of cultural confidence and promoting the prosperous development of socialist culture.With the convening of the 20 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi proposed,"Promote cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,and forge a new splendor of socialist culture." The continuous inheritance and development of red culture and the continuous firming of the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Yan’an City complies with the requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the implementation of the Opinions on Supporting the Revitalization and Development of Old Revolutionary Areas in the New Era and the Implementation Plan for the Revitalization Plan of Old Revolutionary Areas in Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia,and makes use of its unique red geographical advantages to continuously discover and inherit red culture with the help of rural revitalization,and has achieved certain results.Along with the further development of rural revitalization in Wuqi County,Yan’an City,some urgent problems have emerged in the process of red culture development in the area.This paper combines the requirements of the above two documents,takes the inheritance and development of red culture in Wuqi County as the research object,uses various research methods,analyzes the problems and dilemmas faced by red culture in Wuqi County under the strategy of rural revitalization on the basis of defining relevant concepts,and puts forward targeted suggestions.The first part is divided into three parts:Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of this paper,which introduce the research background of the selected topic and the review of the current situation of domestic and foreign researches;explain the relationship between rural revitalization and red culture,and explore the theoretical sources to solidify the theoretical foundation and provide theoretical support for the overall research.The second part is the third chapter of this paper,which introduces the effectiveness of red culture inheritance and development in Wuqi County under the background of rural revitalization strategy and the difficulties it faces.The third part is the fourth chapter of this paper,which puts forward the countermeasure suggestions for the inheritance and development of red culture in Wuqi County under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Combined with the actual situation of the inheritance and development of red culture in Wuqi County,countermeasures and suggestions are given in a targeted manner.The inheritance of red culture is strengthened by increasing the propaganda of red culture,enriching the form of red culture,expanding the audience market of red culture,fully tapping the value of red culture and optimizing the red culture talent team;the development of red culture is promoted by raising the awareness of red culture development,strengthening the creation of red culture products,making full use of red culture resources to drive creative industries and tapping the spirit of red culture to nurture the civilization of the countryside.further development.
