The word "Guizhen" first appeared in "Zhuangzi Fisherman",which said: "The true one,so subject to heaven, naturally cannot be easy." Therefore, the law of the saint is noble and true, and it is not bound by the customary."Guizhen" ideology refers to the idea that nature is precious, and "truth" is one of the important categories of classical Chinese aesthetics and has an irreplaceable position in Chinese literary and artistic aesthetics. The discussion of "truth",from Lao Zhuang down to Wang Guowei, has never stopped, starting from the "natural" truth in Lao Zhuang’s thought, which has a huge impact on the formation of "truth" in the aesthetic category of later generations. In the history of literature and art in China, the aesthetic concept of gui "truth" has been running through various literary and artistic fields since the Wei and Jin dynasties. In the middle and late Ming Dynasty, the pursuit of "truth" by literary and artistic creators reached its peak, and compared with their predecessors, they paid more attention to the "truth" of inner feelings and emphasized the "love" truth.Firstly, this paper reveals the philosophical and aesthetic connotations of "Zhen" by combing the ideological origin and development and evolution of the aesthetic category, and secondly, discusses the specific presentation of "Guizhen" thought in literature, painting and other fields in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, and discusses the aesthetic connotation of "Guizhen" in this period by combing the presentation of "Guizhen" in the field of literature and art in this period.Thirdly, this paper discusses the appearance of "Guizhen" in calligraphy in the late Hit,taking Xu Wei and Dong Qichang as examples, mainly including their artistic concepts, pen and ink forms and styles,so as to reveal the commonality and personality of "truth" in calligraphy art in this period.Through the above discussion,I hope to arouse the thinking of calligraphy students about the current situation of the book world, and use this to improve my own creative level.
