| Under the influence of personality emancipation and other factors,many calligraphers who are good at cursive emerged in the late Ming Dynasty,among which Ni Yuanlu’s style is more strange and arbitrary.Although there are many admirers of Ni Yuanlu,there are few materials about Ni Yuanlu’s study of books and Ni’s own discussion about his study of books.Therefore,this paper takes Kang Youwei’s evaluation of Ni Yuanlu in his guangyizhou Shuangji that his cursive calligraphy shows more "new theory and different state" than that of contemporary people as the breakthrough point,and deeply analyzes the "new theory" and "different state" of Ni Yuanlu’s calligraphy creation based on the fact that calligrapher’s calligraphy thought and aesthetic concept must be rooted in the times.First of all,through the analysis of the new changes in the literary and calligraphy circles in the late Ming Dynasty,to investigate the influence on the change of "new theory and different state" in Ni Yuanlu’s calligraphy creation.Secondly,through the study of Ni Yuanlu’s own poems and postscripts,the evaluation of his friends and later generations,as well as the detailed analysis of his calligraphy style from the use of pen,structure and composition,this paper analyzes the embodiment and significance of "new theory" and "abnormal state" in Ni Yuanlu’s calligraphy creation.Finally,in view of Ni Yuanlu’s calligraphy creation,the "new theory and different state" has deviated from the calligraphy style of Erwang’s traditional "Tiexue" to a certain extent.Compared with the traditional "Tiexue",the exquisite and beautiful state of Ni Yuanlu’s calligraphy can be said to show the "ugly" state.Therefore,it further leads the author to think about the "beauty and ugliness" of calligraphy.Through the discussion of the relationship between "beauty" and "Ugliness" in philosophy,aesthetics and art of Chinese and Western dynasties,as well as the new changes in the thinking of literati in the late Ming Dynasty and the investigation of the internal meaning of "new theory and different state" in Ni Yuanlu’s calligraphy,this paper makes a deep analysis of the internal relationship between "beauty" and "Ugliness","text" and "quality","form" and "spirit","form" and "content" in the "beauty and ugliness" of calligraphy In the analysis. |
