Study On The Spatial And Temporal Evolution Of The Level Of Integrated Development Of Culture And Tourism Industry In Guangxi And The Path Of Enhancement

Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,as an important area for ethnic settlement in China,has a diverse and splendid ethnic culture.In recent years,through the integration of cultural and tourism industries,Guangxi’s traditional culture has erupted with new vitality in terms of creative transformation and innovative development.However,how to accurately quantify the effectiveness of the integration of cultural and tourism industries,and how to enhance the level of integration of cultural and tourism industries in Guangxi,are important issues under the national strategic deployment,the policy promotion of the regional government,and the background of Guangxi’s high-quality economic development.The answers to these questions are of great significance for the high-quality integration and development of Guangxi’s cultural and tourism industries.Therefore,based on the DSR framework model,this paper constructed an index system for the level of integration and development of cultural and tourism industries,measured the level of integration and development of cultural and tourism industries in Guangxi using a coupling coordination degree model,and evaluated it based on the time and space evolution characteristics.Finally,based on the theories of industrial integration and industrial value chain,this paper constructed a driving force factor framework system that affects the level of integration and development of cultural and tourism industries from internal and external perspectives,and analyzed the driving mechanism using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA).The following conclusions were drawn: Firstly,according to the coupling coordination degree,the level of integration and development of culture and tourism industries in Guangxi can be divided into the disordered stage(2010-2017)and the coordinated stage(2018-2019).After the institutional reform and the formation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,it gradually moved from disorder to coordination.The level of integration and development of different cities is different,and the time to transition to the coordinated stage is also different.Secondly,the temporal evolution characteristics show that the level of integration and development of culture and tourism industries in Guangxi is constantly improving.Generally speaking,regions with higher levels of integration and development progress faster,which also leads to a gradual decrease in overall coordination,and the regional level shows that the level of integration and development of various regions is constantly improving,with obvious hierarchical effects.Thirdly,the spatial evolution characteristics show that there is no spatial agglomeration of integration and development of culture and tourism industries in Guangxi at present.Overall,it presents a coreperiphery structure with "Guilin-Nanning" as the core.In the region,Guilin and Nanning are respectively the center of integration and development of culture and tourism industries in northern Guangxi and southern Guangxi,playing the role of leader in the integration and development of culture and tourism industries.Fourthly,fsQCA configuration analysis shows that there are three types of configuration that can improve the level of integration and development of culture and tourism industries: the coordinated driving type of resource endowment and institutional environment,the coordinated driving type of technological innovation and market demand,and the coordinated driving type of multiple influencing factors.According to the above conclusions,corresponding countermeasures are proposed: strengthen regional collaboration to form coordinated development;optimise the spatial pattern to realise the point to lead the surface;enhance the value of resource development and create a good institutional environment;strengthen technological innovation to expand the market supply of cultural tourism;and innovate talent training to improve the quality of cultural tourism integration.
