Research On Evaluation Of Public Cultural Services Of Large-scale Exhibition Venues

Large-scale exhibition venues are large-scale urban infrastructure with multi-functional characteristics and are the product of the development of urban economy to a certain stage.The venues are mainly invested and built by the government,and the overall operation is completed by the cooperation and coordination of the government,exhibitors,media,community residents and other multiple participants.Various activities are held to serve all sectors of the society and have strong basic service and public welfare.At the same time,large-scale exhibition venues are rich in cultural resources and have the ability to promote cultural information exchange,promote excellent traditional culture and other public cultural services.Therefore,the functional analysis of public cultural services in large-scale exhibition venues,as well as the establishment of evaluation index system and evaluation of its public cultural services are the key contents we need to study.Firstly,this study points out the public attributes of large-scale exhibition venues with the theory of public goods,and analyzes the functions of their public cultural services;Secondly,according to the relevant public cultural service policy documents,the accessibility theory is used to analyze and obtain five evaluation dimensions of evaluating the public cultural service of large-scale exhibition venues,such as availability,accessibility,acceptability,adaptability and knowability,and 17 evaluation elements,such as the completeness of venue facilities,the richness of cultural resources and the professionalism of talent teams,and establish an evaluation index system of public cultural service of large-scale exhibition venues;Finally,AHP and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the public cultural service level of large-scale exhibition venues,and the feasibility of the evaluation index system is further tested.The research results show that:(1)In the evaluation dimension of public cultural services in large-scale exhibition venues,the accessibility dimension is the material basis,the knowability dimension is the premise of accessibility,acceptability and adaptability,and adaptability,accessibility and acceptability are the key dimensions of evaluation;(2)The completeness of venue facilities and the awareness of service information are the most critical factors affecting the evaluation of public cultural services in large-scale exhibition venues.Furthermore,on the whole,the public cultural service level of large-scale exhibition venues in China is still in the initial stage,and the performances are not mature enough,so it is necessary to make joint efforts to promote the development of this service through multi-dimensional elements.According to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from many aspects of strengthening the top-level design and planning guidance,consolidating the development foundation of public cultural services and strengthening the supply form of public cultural services,in order to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the development of public cultural services in large exhibition venues.
