Study On Performance Of Songcheng Performing Arts Under Asset-Light Operation Mode

With the continuous development of the national economy,People’s Daily basic needs have been met,and they begin to further seek spiritual enjoyment.As a pillar industry of the country,tourism can meet people’s pursuit of a better life to a certain extent.As an emerging subsector of the tourism industry,cultural tourism has attracted wide attention in recent years.The state actively promotes the integrated development of cultural industry and tourism.In this context,the competition in the cultural and tourism industry is fierce,and many enterprises are seeking for transformation and constantly exploring the operation mode to enhance enterprise value.This paper chooses Songcheng Performing Arts as a case enterprise to analyze its operating performance after the introduction of asset-light operation mode.Firstly,the relevant theories of asset-light operation are introduced to provide theoretical basis for the following analysis.Secondly,it introduces the development of the cultural and tourism industry and the current situation of asset-light operation in the industry.Then it introduces the case of Songcheng Performing Arts,briefly introduces the basic situation of the enterprise,the transformation process,and the financial characteristics of the asset-light operation,and expounds the motivation and path of the implementation of asset-light operation of the enterprise,and then analyzes the operating performance of Songcheng Performing Arts after the introduction of asset-light operation from the perspectives of short-term performance and long-term performance.In the analysis of short-term market performance,the event study method was used,and in the analysis of long-term performance,the balanced scorecard and entropy method were introduced.Four performance evaluation indicators of the balance scorecard were selected,and then the entropy method was used to calculate the performance score,and the influence of asset-light operation was comprehensively analyzed.Through analysis,it is found that Songcheng Performing Arts has some aspects worthy of reference in the implementation of asset-light operation,such as paying attention to high value-added links,optimizing project location and highlighting cultural connotation in market expansion.At the same time,the company also has problems such as low financial leverage,conservative use of funds,slowing growth of operating revenue and net profit,insufficient control of operating costs,etc.In response to these problems,suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of fund use,make full use of financial leverage,carefully choose investment projects and seek synergistic scale effect,so as to better develop Songcheng Performing Arts and other enterprises in the same industry.
