| With the rapid development of the digital economy,the platform economy,as an important component,has become a key driving force for industry transformation and growth.Under the current context of consumer and brand upgrades,the design industry is also experiencing significant development.The emergence of designer community platforms has provided strong support for the prosperity of the design industry,offering unprecedented development opportunities for designers through the establishment of professional communication and collaboration platforms.This new type of platform not only promotes skill enhancement and information exchange among designers but also accelerates the overall improvement of the design industry.However,existing designer community platforms on the market still face issues such as insufficient user experience optimization due to industry segmentation,weak co-creation atmosphere under a decentralized background,and weak user stickiness caused by incomplete incentive mechanisms.Behind these problems lies the increasing demands of consumers for better product services and experiences.This article combines scene theory with the characteristics of designer community platforms to analyze their experiences and services,and proposes design elements and solutions for designer community platforms under the scene theory.The article conducts relevant research on designer community platforms and scene theory,proposing that the design elements of designer community platforms under scene theory are scene value,user attributes,content adaptation,and social framework.It then employs the five elements of user experience to conduct a case study on designer community platforms,deeply investigating the specific problems existing in current communities based on the deconstruction of their macro value.Through methods such as questionnaires,user interviews,and the construction of typical user scene models,the article summarizes and generalizes user needs and uses the Kano model to divide user needs into five levels.For each level of user needs,it combines scene elements to analyze the design strategy of designer community platforms and proposes a strategic model for the platform.The article finally carries out specific design practices based on the strategic model of the designer community platform.After completing the design definition,it analyzes the specific functional architecture of the designer community platform and plans the information architecture,eventually iterating to produce a complete designer community platform interface.The design practice of the designer community,combined with scene theory,systematically addresses issues such as insufficient motivation,difficulty in sustaining learning enthusiasm,and weak community belonging experienced by users in the community.The study proposes a sustainable community development model that integrates community engagement and distinguishes itself from other designer community platforms on the market.This research also provides certain guidance and reference significance for the development of similar community platforms. |
