Research On Innovative Service Of Urban Library In Shenzhen From The Perspective Of Public Cultural Supply

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China called for the prosperity and development of cultural programs,the improvement of the modern public cultural service system,and the innovative implementation of cultural programs to benefit the people.In recent years,the appearance of urban study rooms is a great innovation of government’s public cultural service supply.For Shenzhen,which rises with the reform and opening up,it is easy to adopt some new ideas and ways in the construction and service of urban study due to its sufficient financial resources and reformative thinking.Through the methods of questionnaire survey,participatory observation and field investigation and interview,this paper deeply discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the innovative supply of urban study,which is a quasi-public good.The research finds that there are three problems in Shenzhen city library,namely,the insufficient participation degree of supply subjects,relatively single service supply resources,and service efficiency to be improved.The main causes are: the rights,responsibilities and interests of the participants in the innovative service supply of urban study are not clear,the service supply ability is insufficient,and the service supply mechanism is not perfect.The ways to optimize the supply of urban study are as follows: first,promote the diversification of supply and service subjects,including promoting the improvement of government supervision and management capabilities,encouraging volunteer organizations to participate in management and service,and guiding enterprises to participate in the construction of urban study public culture;Secondly,strengthen the service supply capacity,including accelerating content integration and improving service supply,strengthening the diversity and versatility of public space,and improving innovative service awareness and service level;Third,improve the service supply mechanism,including the establishment of a sound unified system,professional management team,improve the service experience of citizens.
