Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Qinhuangdao City Public Cultural Service

In the context of the "Strong cultural self-confidence and promoting the prosperity of socialist culture" put forward in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,along with the vigorous development of urbanization in China,it has great practical significance for urban public cultural services.The paper integrates Qinhuangdao’s urban public cultural services in the context of China’s strong cultural self-confidence and urbanization development,explorates of problems in Qinhuangdao’s urban public cultural services,and uses the city’s urban area as a carrier to solute the needs of the people and the benefits of public services.By analyzing and finding out solutions,it provides public products and services that have their own characteristics,and then completes the main content of the research.The paper will expand the content of urban public cultural services at the theoretical level and strive to inject the shaping power of urban cultural spirit into the overall development of the city and mobilize it on a practical level.Many forces are involved in its development.Based on the literature research,case analysis and survey questionnaire distribution and statistical analysis,this paper analyzes Qinhuangdao urban public cultural service quality based on theoretical exploration and practical research,based on the content of the literature and participation in the questionnaire.Feedback from the public and the problems in the city’s urban public cultural services,points the lag in funds and policy guarantees for cultural infrastructure construction,the limited understanding and excavation of network culture,and the lack of urban cultural knowledge attack team building,etc.Based on the combination of theoretical research and practice,the new positioning and construction plan of Qinhuangdao’s urban public cultural services was given.Specific measures were given in the areas of urban cultural infrastructure shortcomings,the potential of urban network culture,and urban public cultural supply teams.This completes the study of the paper.
