Research On The General And Branch Library System Of The Cultural Library In County-level City Yongji

The "Rural Revitalization Strategy" put forwarded by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(1)is the general policy for solving the "three rural issues" in the new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping puts the rural revitalization into five aspects: industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization,among which cultural revitalization is the soul.It lays the foundation for the rest aspectes and has the potential to promote the “Rural Revitalization Strategy” comprehensively.Culture revitalization can also advance the standardization and equivalization of modern public culture service system.Its leading role can contribute to the improvement of socialist public cultural service system with Chinese characteristics.Adopting central-branch library system in the county-level cultural libraries is a nationwide comprehensive reform of county-level public cultural service system to address the problem of weak and uneven regional public cultural service capacity.From the perspective of public cultural services,this paper analyzes the pilot project of the central-branch library system in Yongji City Cultural Library comprehensively and systematically.This research is an empirical study combining literature collection and social investigation under the guidance of theories of
