As an important part of Hakka cuisine,Gannan Hakka cuisine has certain market advantages.Many investors have closely followed the industry trend and registered Gannan Hakka catering enterprises.However,with the influx of Hakka restaurants in Gannan and the number of stores rising,the resulting brand elimination rate is also worrisome.This thesis collected and sorted out a large number of literature,visited a number of Gannan catering enterprises,and deeply analyzed the visual image design of the three brands of Kejiadayuan,Keguan and Bajingtai,found that there are three reasons for the high elimination rate of Gannan catering brands,the first is the insufficient cultural connotation of Gannan catering brands,the second is insufficient brand recognition,and the third is unaesthetic.In order to promote the development of Hakka catering in Gannan,the government department has issued relevant policy documents,this thesis responds to the development needs of Hakka catering in Gannan,adheres to the principles of systematic,regional and aesthetic,combines the spiritual and material characteristics of Hakka culture in Gannan,and applies the visual image design of the "Keshiji" brand to maximize the literary,aesthetic and social value of the Gannan catering brand.
