With rich tourism resources and rapid increasing urban economies, the catering market in Suzhou area has been boomed. But it faces with unprecedented challenges and ordeals during the time of enormous development opportunities. Under current experience economy, Chinese catering enterprises have to construct a catering brand with unique catering theme, brand individuality and name appeal if they want to remain invincible in the fierce catering competitions.This research, proceeding from brand image design theories, basing on vast on-spot investigations, data searches and market survey, analyzes the current advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese catering brand images in Suzhou area. It also analyzes by classifying one by one for all the factors in brand image design combining with the historical development and current situation of the Chinese catering brand in Suzhou area. It applies brand and design art theories to achieve a rather deep research on the Chinese style catering brand images in Suzhou area under the background of experience economy and proposes some advises pointed to various shortcomings existing in current designs for the Chinese catering brand image in Suzhou area.
