Chinese characters are the basic content of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and also the prerequisite for improving learners’ reading,listening and speaking abilities.There are a large number of component characters in Chinese characters,which can help learners learn and master the rules of Chinese characters quickly and efficiently.The " 扌 " component character,which is characterized by hand movements,is not only a type of Chinese character with a large number of Chinese characters and is frequently used,but also an important and difficult point for learners to learn Chinese characters.Based on this,this article takes the "Chinese Proficiency Vocabulary and Chinese Characters Graded Outline"(hereinafter referred to as the "Outline")as the source,and uses the component character "扌" in it as the teaching content to carry out teaching activities to help learners master the component character.This study uses statistical analysis to analyze the 167 " 扌" component characters in the "Outline",and divides them into two categories: one related to human body hand movements,and the other related to extended meanings in human social relationships.Combined with the analysis of the form,sound,and meaning system of " 扌" component characters in books such as "Shuo Wen Jie Zi","Shuo Wen Jie Zi·Zhu",and "Chinese Dictionary",this study aims to provide methodological guidance for teaching practice.A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand learners’ mastery of the " 扌 " component character,and constructive teaching methods were proposed accordingly.Based on the characteristics of the form,sound,and meaning of the "扌" component character and the learners’ mastery,reasonable teaching methods were adopted to carry out teaching.The practice shows that when learners systematically learn the form,sound,and meaning system of a certain component character and appropriate Chinese character learning methods,the error rate of the " 扌 " component character decreases. |
