In April 2022,the Ministry of Education officially issued the "Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards",which officially included dance in the new curriculum standards.The promulgation of this document has brought a new situation to basic dance education,and also put forward new requirements for dance teachers in the new era.However,how to cultivate dance talents that meet the needs of basic dance education and ensure the smooth implementation of the new dance curriculum standards has become one of the important tasks for dance colleges in normal universities that cultivate teachers for basic education.This requires dance colleges in normal universities to re-examine the talent cultivation concepts,institutional mechanisms,and teaching models of traditional dance teaching in normal universities,and to substantively connect dance teaching in normal universities with basic dance education.So,how do we connect dance teaching in normal universities with basic dance education? It is incumbent on dance colleges in normal universities to take the initiative and respond positively with the courage and confidence of theoretical exploration and practical actions to solve this problem.The focus of this article is on how normal dance colleges connect with basic dance education to cultivate talents who can adapt to basic dance education.The article takes pedagogics,education systems theory,curriculum theory,and teaching theory as theoretical support,and follows the thinking of "why connect basic dance education","what connect basic dance education",and "how to connect basic dance education" in dance teaching in normal universities.By exploring the connection path between the two,we aim to achieve sustainable development between dance teaching in normal universities and basic dance education.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is a two-way exploration between dance teaching in normal universities and basic dance education.This chapter mainly uses the relevant viewpoints of education systems theory to conduct a two-way discussion on dance education in normal universities and basic dance education from the macro perspective of education,aiming to clarify the symbiotic relationship between dance education in normal universities and basic dance education,and the feasibility and necessity of their connection.This chapter,as the opening chapter of the paper,mainly answers the question of "why should dance teaching in normal universities be connected with basic dance education".The second part is an analysis of the elements that connect dance teaching in normal universities with basic dance education.This chapter is based on theories such as teacher education,curriculum theory,and teaching theory,and regards teachers,curriculum,and teaching as the core elements of connecting basic dance education in normal university dance teaching.According to the requirements of the 2022 version of the new curriculum standard,the main content and precautions of each element in connecting basic dance education are innovatively proposed.Therefore,this chapter mainly answers the question of "What is the connection between dance teaching in normal universities and basic dance education.The third part is to build a bridge between dance teaching in normal universities and basic dance education.This chapter is the core chapter of this paper and also the source chapter for the core innovation points of this paper,namely "Proposal of Connection Paths".This chapter,based on the actual situation of dance colleges in normal universities,points out the specific ways and paths for teachers,courses,and teaching processes to connect with basic dance education in normal universities.So,this chapter mainly answers the question of "How to connect basic dance education with dance teaching in normal universities".The fourth part discusses the value of the connection path between dance teaching in normal universities and basic dance education.This chapter is the summary of this paper,and the realization value of the connection path between the two is analyzed from the perspective of local value to overall value,with a focus on discussing the value of the connection path between the two for higher education institutions,basic dance education,and the overall value of the two.
