Research On The Basic Problems Of The Communist Party Of China’s Cultural Soft Power Construction

The present international political situation is changeable and unpredictable,which brings not small risks and tests to the CPC’s governance.In the past 100 years,the CPC has led the Chinese people to make great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention.The century-old struggle of the CPC shows that the Party itself has a strong cultural soft power,and political,economic and other hard power plays an important role in the century-old development of the Party.The role of culture and the Party’s own cultural soft power can not be underestimated.Chinese modernization contains rich cultural logic,Chinese modernization not only requires the progress of science and technology,production mode,but also the evolution of ideology and culture.In the sublimation of national spirit,in the process of national modernization and the practice of party governance,the spiritual pillar of culture can not be underestimated.The current Chinese-style modernization drive has opened up a new level of human spiritual civilization.It has cast the Party’s century-long history of forging ahead and embodies the determination of the CPC,as the core of cultural leadership,to constantly promote cultural confidence and self-improvement.In pursuing Chinese-style modernization,the Party must always uphold the consciousness of self-revolution in thought and action.Promote the governance of China through the construction of CPC’scultural soft power.The cultural soft power of the Communist Party of China is based on the fine traditional culture of China and nourished by revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,which together form the cultural foundation of the construction of the Party’s cultural soft power.Throughout the century-long history of the Party,with its strong cultural soft power,the Party carries out cultural construction as well as the Party’s own construction,which has won the wide support of the Chinese people and made remarkable achievements,indicating that the Party has a strong.In the face of great changes unseen in a century,it is more important to maintain cultural confidence and build a strong ideological defense line.Therefore,focusing on the great project of Party building in the new era,the study of the cultural soft power of the Communist Party of China has important era implications and important era value for the study of the Party’s cultural soft power.This paper takes the four-fold logic of the Communist Party of China’s cultural soft power construction as the research object,explores the historical logic,theoretical logic,practical logic and value logic of the Communist Party of China’s cultural soft power construction.Besides the introduction and conclusion,there are five parts in total.The first part explains relevant concepts and clarifies theoretical concepts related to the soft power of the CPC culture,such as cultural soft power and political party cultural soft power.On this basis,it explores the cultural gene of the CPC and clarifies how the excellent traditional Chinese culture nourishes the cultural gene of the Party’s nationalistic feelings,ideals and beliefs,fighting spirit,people’s stance and self-revolution.The second part combs the historical logic of the CPC’s cultural soft power construction,and then explores its basic experience of the CPC’s cultural soft power construction in the new era by using history as a mirror.The third part of the paper aims to build a theoretical framework,sort out the theoretical logic of the cultural soft power of the Communist Party of China,make it clear that it includes cultural resources,cultural cohesion,cultural inheritance,cultural communication and cultural creativity,and clarify the elements contained in the "five forces".The fourth part explores the practical logic of the cultural soft power construction of the Communist Party of China,clarifies the domestic and foreign background of the cultural soft power construction of the Communist Party of China,explores the correlation with the in-depth promotion of the new great project of Party construction in the new era,and clarifies the guiding role of the cultural soft power theory of the Communist Party of China in the governance practice.The fifth part makes clear the significance of cultural soft power construction of the Communist Party of China to strengthen the party building,national governance and enhance the influence of Chinese civilization,and makes clear the value logic between the construction of political party cultural soft power and the construction of socialist cultural power.
