A Study On The Integration Of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Into The Governance Mechanism Of The Communist Party Of China

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under the background of the times,the premise of the national conditions,and the general framework of the theory,the Chinese Communist Party is facing major opportunities and challenges in governing the country.To achieve the goal of modernizing China’s socialist system and capacity for governance,the CPC clearly needs to highlight the inherent nature of the Chinese nation in the integration of the development model of Chinese characteristics and the development model of the modern world.In this regard,we should deeply explore the rich ruling wisdom of China’s fine traditional culture.And under the guidance of the principle of "creative transformation and development",we should explore an effective mechanism to truly integrate China’s fine traditional culture into the ideological,theoretical and practical process of the CPC’s governance.This has become an important theoretical and practical issue.This paper is under the guidance of this issue.The basic idea of this paper is to explore how to integrate the political wisdom in China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance,based on the theoretical regulations and realistic logic of the CPC’s governance.The paper generally follows the theoretical analysis-realistic analysis—conceptual integration—institutional integration—behavioral integration.The core of this idea is the basic logic of a general theoretical construction.Firstly,based on the discussion of the core concepts and related theories,the thesis constructs the theoretical framework of the integration of China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance mechanism.Secondly,based on the realistic challenges and the essential provisions of the CPC’s governance,the rich governance resources and the realistic needs of prosperity and development of China’s fine traditional culture,and the compatibility of the CPC’s governance and China’s fine traditional culture,re-examine the necessity and possibility of integrating China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance,understand the practical logic.Thirdly,based on the general theoretical framework of the "integration mechanism" and the reality,clarify the basic concepts,system design and behavior requirements of the integration of China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance,and establish a systematization,standardization,and operation mechanism.Finally,based on the construction process of the integration mechanism,the basic inspiration of China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance is clarified from the reasons,priorities and results of the integration mechanism construction.Guided by the above thinking,this paper follows the basic research methods of Marxism,and comprehensively uses the literature research method,text analysis method,and system analysis method to discuss the issue.The paper is divided into eight parts:in the introduction part,it mainly expounds the origin and significance of the topic,the research status of the academic circle,the research objectives and contents,the research ideas and methods,and the innovation of the research.The first chapter mainly discusses the related concepts and basic theories of the integration of China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance mechanism,defines the concepts of China’s fine traditional culture,the CPC’s governance;integration mechanism,lays a theoretical and conceptual foundation for the further advancement of this paper.The second chapter objectively analyzes the conceptual,institutional and behavioral challenges of the CPC’s governance in the new era,highlighting the effectiveness of China’s fine traditional culture in responding to these challenges.At the same time,it analyzes the dilemma of the subject and field in the process of prosperity and development of China’s fine traditional culture,demonstrates that the CPC’s governance can provide subject protection and field support for it.These indicate the necessity of integrating China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance.The third chapter examines of the CPC’s governance characteristics in absorbing China’s fine traditional culture from the perspective of openness and locality,explains the rich governance resources contained in China’s fine traditional culture from the perspective of concepts,systems,behaviors,and demonstrates the compatibility of the CPC’s governance and China’s fine traditional culture in the ideological concepts and value objectives,so as to clarify the possibility of integrating China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance.Based on previous studies,the chapters 4,5 and 6 are to explore how integrate China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance from concept,system and behavior dimension.The construction of the above-mentioned mechanism needs to clearly define the basic basis,main content,value principles and feasible path of integration,to ensure the effectiveness of the mechanism construction and the sustainability of its operation.The seventh chapter considers the reasons,priorities and results of the construction of China’s fine traditional culture into the CPC’s governance.It is pointed out that the Communist Party of China must pay attention to the strategic value of China’s fine traditional culture during the governance of the country,must handle the relationship between Marxism and Chinese traditional culture,and must lead the development of Chinese society with the latest achievements of Marxism in China.Based on the above research,the basic conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,China’s fine traditional culture exists not only as a historical resource,but also has a profound impact on the concept,system,and practice of the CPC’s governance.However,China’s fine traditional culture exists spontaneously,and intentionally plays a normative role.This is a "free" behavior.Secondly,through conscious thinking,system construction and practical actions,China’s fine traditional culture will be consciously and purposefully integrated into the governance of the country by the Communist Party of China,to achieve better governance of China.This is a"conscious" behavior.Thirdly,the Communist Party of China,as the political core of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,must take the initiative to make a dynamic choice and rational acceptance of the spiritual lifeline of China’s fine traditional culture,and to promote the construction of the integration mechanism of China’s fine traditional culture.
