Research On Design Of Chronic Disease Prevention And Treatment System Based On User Experience

Aging has become a global social trend,with 18.9%of our total population over the age of 60,and chronic diseases already account for 86.6%of all deaths,with nearly three times as many patients aged 60 and older than those under 60.The morbidity and mortality rates of such preventable diseases continue to rise globally,even as significant advances in disease treatment are being made.Chronic diseases are encroaching on healthy human lives,making their prevention and management all the more important.In order to reduce the morbidity and mortality of preventable diseases and to address the growing needs of middleaged and elderly patients,it is urgent to improve the system and service model of chronic disease prevention and management.This paper uses a user experience-centered design approach as a process of research tools to build a solution to prevent chronic diseases through behavior change,and uses user experience theory as an entry point to sort out and analyze the existing chronic disease prevention and control system.This paper firstly composes the theories related to user experience and the development status of chronic disease prevention and treatment system,summarizes the framework of service system design based on user experience,and proposes the thinking and perspective of applying the methods related to user experience to chronic disease prevention and treatment system.Based on this,we conducted research and analysis on the current situation of prevention and treatment of middle-aged and elderly chronic disease patients through questionnaire interview-related user research methods,summarized the typical target user model,gained further understanding of the needs and pain points of the target users,and further analyzed the service process and experience influencing factors of the chronic disease prevention and treatment system.Based on the results of theoretical research and user research,this paper composes design strategies and design principles under different stages and specific links with chronic disease patients as design objects.Finally,the service system is designed based on the health management needs of the target users,and specific solutions are designed for various service touch points such as offline space and online application,and the design is evaluated to verify the effectiveness of the design solutions.The user-centered concept intervening in the development of chronic disease prevention and treatment system will be an important direction to deal with the aging problem.This paper is an exploration and attempt to apply user experience to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in middle and old age,aiming to provide new ideas for the transformation and upgrading of the chronic disease prevention and treatment business,and contribute to the improvement of the quality of healthy life of the majority of chronic disease patients.
