Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services In L District Of Jinan City

In recent years,with the increasing of people’s living standards,the people demand for the individual spiritual world,to the quality of public cultural life,quantity demand is more and more high,and China’s current public cultural service supply is still given priority to with the government,on the supply level,ability,cannot meet the growing cultural demand of the masses.Since 2006,our country gradually increase the rural areas of public cultural construction funds,policy tilt,the rural type and quantity of public cultural service supply gradually increased,supply system gradually perfect,at the same time,the personalized demand of the masses more and more,lead to the contradiction between supply and demand did not reduce but gradually increased,the imbalance between supply and demand is more and more serious.Therefore,the current rural public cultural service is still the weak board and weakness of the construction of a perfect public cultural service system in China,and the unbalanced development is outstanding.In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,cultural revitalization is more difficult to intuitively show with clear digital performance than organizational revitalization,industrial revitalization,talent revitalization and ecological revitalization.Rural public culture generally has problems such as low level of recognition,lack of attention,and imbalance between supply and demand.To improve the effective supply of rural public cultural services,to some extent,it can directly promote the process of rural cultural revitalization and accelerate the realization of rural revitalization.This article in Jinan L district rural as the research object,through semi-structural interview,questionnaire first-hand information,study the current L area rural public culture supply mode and the contradiction between supply and demand of rural public cultural services.Found that public cultural services are not paid attention to by the grass-roots government,insufficient in fund allocation and staff allocation,lack of innovation,satisfied with providing the basic cultural life of the masses,supply subject and mode,the mass participation degree is not high,the system construction is not sound become the main factors restricting L area rural public cultural service supply level.Solution should also be from the perspective of the supply side,through promoting grassroots government agency reform with strong grass-roots cultural staff,perfect policy guarantee attract cultural talents,innovation of local traditional culture to enhance the cultural identity of the younger generation,broaden the channels of farmers to participate in public cultural services to understand the real cultural demand,various preferential policies to attract social organizations,enterprises and other social forces to become the main supply of public cultural services,etc.,various measures synchronous advance,gradually optimize the optimization of rural public cultural services supply path.On this basis,also want to enhance the level of rural economic development,improve the system of public cultural service regulations,establish perfect supervision and evaluation system,from various aspects directly or indirectly improve L area to the importance of rural public cultural services,enhance the level of providing quality public cultural services,create a social environment conducive to the development of cultural innovation,constantly realize the optimization of public cultural service supply.
