| Research on children’s educational Potential Exploitation and Service Design in Guanfu Museum-A Case Study of A Journey of Ancient Paintings takes Guanfu Museum as the use scene to optimize the overall design of the museum service system.To create a service design system for ancient painting wanderers and provide young and personalized service design.This topic is mainly from different aspects of children’s social interaction,exploration,interest,culture and so on.Through offline service and online operation,it applies the concept of service design to provide children with a new model of interesting,entertaining and practical education.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly Outlines the background,purpose,significance and research methods of the design.The second chapter is mainly preliminary research.Through literature research and desktop research,the author understands the current status and development trend of children’s education in museums,and compares typical cases of children’s education in museums at home and abroad for reference.In the aspect of user research,users’ portraits are formed in the form of field questionnaires,network questionnaires and target user interviews,and users’ journey charts are drawn according to the activity paths of target users,so as to understand users’ pain points.In the third chapter,through field research to understand the existing children’s education activities of the museum,summarize the opportunity points,draw the service blueprint,and construct the product service system.In the fourth chapter,the author discusses the service design output,offline activity process,brand image and online H5 design and operation of Ancient Painting Wanderings.In the fifth chapter,the author summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the research process of children’s educational potential exploitation and service design in the Guanfu Museum.By constructing the service ecosystem of "Ancient Painting Wanderings" to create a good product ecology,it provides new ideas and creativity for the innovative design and development of museums,hoping to develop a new business form of complex museums and build a new urban third space. |
