Spoken language teaching plays an important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which is reflected in all kinds of Chinese classes,and runs through all stages of Chinese language teaching.It is an important part of Chinese language learning for foreign students.The current oral teaching mode can basically meet the knowledge needs of foreign students and achieve basic communication skills,but the lack of systematic understanding of the pronunciation rules of Putonghua by foreign students has affected their oral expression ability.In this paper Praat phonetic software is used to improve Spanish-speaking students’ pronunciation skills and try to provide more teaching models for oral Chinese teaching as a foreign language.Based on comparative analysis theory,error analysis theory and experimental phonetic method,the study makes a detailed analysis of the differences between the Chinese phonetic system and the Spanish phonetic system.The writer recorded the actual pronunciation error of the foreign students in the intermediate stage,with the help of Praat software,analyzed the error data.According to the "5C" principle proposed in the Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21 st Century,theme-based method is used to introduce the tone sandhi rule into the intermediate oral Chinese teaching classes.Through theoretical and practical research,the main conclusions are as follows:For students,error analysis and theme-based methods can improve the efficiency of oral English learning of foreign students in the Spanish-speaking region,and help them to develop their communicative ability and master the rules of tone sandhi.For teachers,it is feasible to use Praat software as a tool for error analysis,in the teaching of intermediate level foreign students.Teachers can focus on students’ errors,stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve teaching efficiency.
