In language teaching,the interaction between students and teachers is an important part of classroom teaching,and creating a good interactive atmosphere can also help students master Chinese,but there is still a lot of research space for teacher-student interaction in the process of online teaching.Therefore,in this study,the improved Flanders interaction analysis system is tried to be applied to the online speaking class interaction research of the official excellent teachers of the Chinese Alliance,and the advantages and existing problems of excellent teachers’ online speaking class interaction are explored through the system,and relevant suggestions are given.In 2020,the Chinese Alliance built a Chinese learning website and launched a series of live classes,and this study will select a series of courses on the website with Short-Term Spoken Chinese as the teaching material,and select four sample courses from three levels of the course.First,the verbal interaction behavior of teachers and students in the sample course is encoded and recorded.Secondly,from a macro perspective,the frequency and proportion of each interactive behavior are analyzed to analyze the overall interaction characteristics,the curve and matrix chart of the sample courses are listed,the dynamic analysis of teacher-student verbal interaction and the overall interaction situation of each level of online speaking courses are carried out,and then the interaction characteristics of classroom structure,teacher interaction style,classroom questioning style,student initiative,and teaching atmosphere are calculated from a micro perspective through the ratio formula of each interactive behavior,and the online speaking class is analyzed in more depth.Find out the commonalities and differences in the interaction of online speaking classes at different levels.Finally,the results are analyzed to find out the advantages of the series of live class teacher teaching worthy of learning by novice teachers and online Chinese teachers,as well as the problems and optimization suggestions in online oral teaching.The study found that the advantages of teachers in online teaching are mainly reflected in: First,the use of network resources is more convenient.Second,the online teaching atmosphere is more relaxed,reducing the fear of introverted students towards teachers.Third,pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ thinking ability.At the same time,according to the research results and interactive characteristics,the following common problems are found: First,the overall atmosphere of the classroom is relatively harmonious,and the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious,but the classroom structure is seriously unbalanced,which is reflected in more speech and less speech behavior of students.Second,teachers’ responses to students are mainly positive feedback,and teachers in low-level speaking classes have less positive feedback,and overall teachers’ feedback language is more single.Third,the form of interaction is single,and the interaction efficiency is low.Therefore,promoting students’ speech output,improving student participation,and increasing teacher-student interaction in the process of online teaching are the problems that need to be solved in online Chinese teaching.According to the existing problems,optimization suggestions are put forward from three aspects: the perspective of students,teachers and online teaching platforms.
