Research On The Operation And Management Of Cultural And Tourism Town Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

CPC Central Committee put forward the "opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy",it suggests that the Rural Revitalization Strategy has become an important measure to build an all-round well-off society,and a series of policies supporting cultural and tourism towns have been introduced.In the new era,cultural and tourism towns have become an important carrier of Rural Revitalization strategies,and the operation and management of cultural and tourism towns play an important role in promoting the process of new urbanization,promoting the transformation of farmers’ ideology,transforming the mode of economic growth,protecting the living environment and inheriting the connotation of traditional culture,it will make the rural areas gradually change from passive acceptance of urban radiation to actively exploring their own development potential.The operation and management process of cultural and tourism towns have created income for local villagers in varying degrees.However,China’s cultural and tourism towns are still in its start-up stage,and both opportunities and challenges coexist in the process of operation and management of cultural and tourism towns.The domestic academic research results are focusing more on the early planning,construction and cultivation of cultural and tourism towns,but lack of certain attention to the research on the operation and management of cultural and tourism towns.Therefore,under the construction wave of cultural and tourism towns,exploring how to effectively operate and manage cultural and tourism towns in the context of Rural Revitalization has become an important topic at present.Taking the research on the operation and management of Wuxi Nianhua Bay cultural and tourism town as an example,This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems with Wuxi Nianhua Bay.Starting from the era background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the paper makes a further study on the chaos of homogenization,real estate,lack of effective management in the development process of cultural and tourism town,and focuses on creating the uniqueness of the operation and management of cultural and tourism town.Finally,it puts forward innovative countermeasures and suggestions for the operation and management of Wuxi Nianhua Bay,and provides a blueprint for the operation and management of cultural and tourism towns in Jiangsu Province and even other regions of the country.
