Study On Construction Optimization Of Heilongjiang Digital Culture Center

The rapid development of the Internet has changed People’s life style,whether material life or spiritual life activities are inseparable from the Internet.With the promotion of Internet technology,Public Cultural Services will be standardized and equalized,government-led and social participation will be insisted on,and the public cultural service system will be improved,so as to improve the coverage and applicability of Public Cultural Services.In the future,the construction and optimization of public digital culture service platform is still the key project of public culture construction.The Heilongjiang Digital Culture Center has been built initially,but there are still some deficiencies in the construction of digital culture resources that need to be further optimized.This paper studies the theory of public digital culture service at home and abroad,using the methods of statistics and questionnaire.This paper investigates the current situation of the Heilongjiang Cultural Center and the overall construction of its digital service,sorts out the public digital cultural service resources provided by the existing public digital cultural service platforms in China,and designs a questionnaire,for each public digital culture service resource,the questionnaire asks respondents both positive and negative aspects,asking respondents how they feel about the provision of this service in the public digital culture service resource and how they feel about not providing this service,the Kano model is established and the priority items in digital service construction of Heilongjiang Cultural Center are calculated according to the results of the questionnaire.To optimize the design of the Heilongjiang Digital Culture Center.The first is to determine the objectives of platform optimization,platform optimization principles and the framework of optimization construction.Then it optimizes from the aspects of digital platform construction,enriching the contents and forms of digital resources,perfecting the service function of digital resources,realizing the integration of digital cultural functions,and increasing the participation of the masses in digital cultural activities.Finally,the measures to ensure the implementation of the enhancement plan for the Heilongjiang Digital Culture Centre.We will improve cultural management,increase funding,pay attention to the selection and training of digital cultural talents,and intensify publicity and promotion of digital culture.The optimized construction of the Heilongjiang Digital Culture Center can pool the public digital culture service resources of Heilongjiang,improve the public digital culture service ability of Heilongjiang,form the brand benefit and enlarge the influence of the Heilongjiang Digital Culture Center,to serve the people of Heilongjiang in a better way.
