Nowadays,with the rapid development of Internet,citizens of the frequency of the digital culture platform using more and more high,the platform is more and more high quality of service requirements,therefore,also on behalf of the public digital culture platform service to the quality of public cultural services.Compared with developed countries,China's research on public cultural services started a little later,but in recent years,due to the importance attached by the country to public culture,it has developed relatively quickly.However,when the Wells have sprung up in various public digital culture platform at the same time,we found that the current lack of public digital culture platform service quality evaluation standard,which makes the platform lack of unified management and supervision,as a result,the building public service quality evaluation system of the digital culture is very urgent and necessary.Based on the digital cultural center service as the research object,first of all,based on the predecessors' research and the analysis of the requirements of the national policy,choose the service quality evaluation index,through expert questionnaire of rationality and feasibility of the method to determine index;Secondly,the corresponding weight is given to the index,and then the service quality evaluation index system is constructed.Finally,the system is applied to verify the usability of the index evaluation system.The construction of this evaluation index system aims to evaluate the service quality of digital cultural centers from a scientific and objective perspective and from a third-party perspective.The construction of digital cultural center service quality evaluation index system,improve the quality of the public digital culture service related evaluation system,to improve the level of digital cultural center service perfect service content is of certain reference significance.
