| From the "11th Five-Year Plan" to the "14th Five-Year Plan",our country’s emphasis on scientific and technological innovation of cultural relics has continued to increase,the investment of government has increased significantly,and the scientific and technological innovation of cultural relics has entered an active period.With the scientific and technological improvements in the cultural relic industry,the problem of transformation and application of achievements has become increasingly prominent.On the one hand,cultural relics protection institutions and museums,as application parties,have continuously rising demand for the application of advanced technology;The poor scientific and technological achievements transformation has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the scientific and technological progress of the cultural relics industry,and has also received great attention from the competent authorities of the cultural relics industry.This paper conducts research under this background,and systematically analyzes the characteristics of innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the cultural relic industry through expert interviews.Based on the research achievements of other scholars on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,a supply and demand system model for scientific and technological achievements transformation in the cultural relic industry is constructed from three aspects:subject elements,object elements and activity elements,and the management process of my country’s key R&D plans is mapped into the system.The chain of supply and demand matching of scientific and technological achievements is abstracted from it.Starting from the mismatch between the scientific and technological needs of the cultural relic industry and the scientific and technological achievements,it focuses on the research on the mismatch between supply and demand in scientific and technological achievements transformation in the cultural relic industry,its causes and solutions,so as to provide effective measures for cultural relics departments,scientific research departments and government departments.Measures to provide suggestions to promote the improvement of the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in my country’s cultural relic industry.The study found that during the process of scientific and technological achievements transformation in the cultural relic industry,the problem of mismatch between supply and demand runs through the entire stage of scientific and technological transformation achievements,that is,the process of condensing scientific and technological needs,decision-making and deployment of scientific research tasks,and formation of scientific and technological achievements.During the entire transformation process,deviations in each link may cause a mismatch between supply and demand,which will affect the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements.In the process of transformation,cultural relic departments(that is cultural relics protection institutions and museum units),scientific research departments(that is colleges and universities,scientific research institutes)and government departments(that is Ministry of Science and Technology,State Administration of Cultural Heritage)due to unclear needs,insufficient communication and coordination,and existing capacity Factors such as defects and self-interest have an important impact on the matching effect of supply and demand of scientific and technological achievements.Based on the research,this paper will give the strategy and suggestions from three ways: cultural relics department,scientific research department and government department,including: cultural relics department clarifying the needs of cultural relics protection,promoting the identification and verification of scientific and technological achievements transformation,and improving the awareness of scientific and technological achievements transformation;scientific research departments establish a sound scientific research system,encourage interdisciplinary open cooperation in multiple fields,and strengthen talent cultivation;government departments need cultural relics management agencies to perform their own duties,building a platform to sharing scientific and technological achievements information,and establish a mechanism for evaluating scientific and technological achievements.Through the above measures,the mismatch between supply and demand in scientific and technological achievements transformation in the cultural relic industry can be reduced,and the sustainable development of the cultural relic industry can be promoted. |
