Ancient Literature is a course for international students of advanced Chinese language,especially undergraduate students majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.Teachers usually hope that through this course,international students can have a better understanding of China,appreciate the beauty of traditional Chinese culture,comprehend Chinese philosophy,carry forward core socialist values and experience Chinese spirit through reading classics.In order to achieve these goals,the teaching content of Ancient Literature plays a vital role.This article mainly studies the teaching content of Ancient Literature for international students in China.On the basis of the choice of teaching content,this article analyzes the problems currently existing in the teaching content of Ancient Literature,especially in the textbooks of these courses,therefore putting forward the principles and suggestions for compiling the teaching content of Ancient Literature for foreign students in China,which are for the reference of teachers.First of all,it mainly discusses the background,significance and purpose of this research,clarifies object and method of this research,and summarizes the current research results of the scholarly community on this topic by reading a large number of papers.Secondly,it focuses on the basis for the selection of the teaching content of Ancient Literature for international students in China.It mainly analyzes the influence of comprehensive Chinese teaching method,the output-oriented method and the International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education on the selection of the teaching content of this course.Thirdly,it mainly analyzes the textbooks of this course that are currently popular on the market.Textbooks stipulate the teaching content,so by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of textbooks,we can reflect on the existence of disadvantages while inheriting the advantages and put forward opinions and suggestions on the selection of the teaching content.In the end,this research is based on the theoretical foundation of the comprehensive Chinese teaching method and the output-oriented method,and with the International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education as the main basis for the selection of teaching contents.Through the summary of previous studies and the analysis of the current textbooks for Ancient Literature,it is pointed out that the selection of the teaching content of this course should follow the principle of representativeness,interest,the matching of difficulty and easiness,cross-cultural communication,aesthetic principle and practical principles. |
