With the rapid development of Chinese teaching as a foreign language,building Chinese teaching materials as a foreign language has attracted increasing attention from industry and scientists.Among them,the development of Chinese as a foreign language cultural teaching material is slightly behind compared with language teaching materials.In recent years,more and more foreign Chinese learners are very interested in Chinese excellent traditional culture and contemporary social development while learning Chinese,and hope to study and research more.Cultural courses of Chinese as a foreign language have been increased accordingly.Erya Chinese · the Basics of Chinese Culture is a textbook on Chinese as a foreign language culture published under the background of this new era.The first volume of Erya Chinese · the Basics of Chinese Culture is applicable to all types of Chinese learners in primary level,and the second volume of Erya Chinese · the Basics of Chinese Culture is applicable to Chinese learners in intermediate level.This textbook sets out the dual educational goals of cultural communication and language improvement.In terms of cultural communication,the handouts encourage students to properly understand some basic contents of Chinese culture,encourage them to constantly explore their interest in Chinese culture,and encourage them to broaden their cultural horizons and strengthen Chinese culture through various channels after class.In order to improve the language,improve the Chinese level of students,especially the reading ability of professional materials,by practicing teaching materials and words.This paper first analyzes the state of research and existing problems of cultural teaching materials Chinese as a Foreign Language and then analyzes the material Erya Chinese · the Basics of Chinese Culture.This paper presents the whole content through five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of this paper at the beginning.Under the background of the popularity of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the general inability of cultural teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language to fully meet the teaching needs,this paper analyzes the newly published set of cultural teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language,Erya Chinese · the Basics of Chinese Culture;At the same time,it summarizes the research content,research significance,research objects and research methods of this paper,and the author analyzes the current situation of cultural research of Chinese as a foreign language in recent ten years by consulting journal papers.The second part introduces the arrangement and structure of the textbook Erya Chinese ·the Basics of Chinese Culture.The third part is a detailed introduction to this set of textbooks.The author conducts a detailed analysis of the upper and lower volumes of Erya Chinese · the Basics of Chinese Culture from the aspects of text,cultural content,vocabulary,and practice questions.In the fourth part,the author evaluates the first and second volumes of Erya Chinese · the Basics of Chinese Culture around the principles of textbook compilation and teaching objectives,and the part five gives suggestions for the use of the textbook.
