Since entering the third decade of the new century,with the increasing enrollment scale of colleges and universities,the number of fresh graduates has continued to hit new highs.Among them,the employment situation of fresh graduates majoring in art and design is gradually severe.Affected by the superposition of multiple factors such as the epidemic,employment APPs,as the main channel for online job hunting,provide new ways for college students to find jobs,broaden job search channels,and improve job search efficiency.In the current employment apps on the market,the employment services for college students majoring in art and design are not mature,resulting in many students’ needs not being met when using such apps,especially in the emotional experience when using them.There is still room for optimization.Therefore,for the field of employment APP for art design majors in colleges and universities,a special design research is carried out under the guidance of emotional design theory.The main contents of this research are: The first part is an overview of the research on emotional design theory.The emotional theory is applied to the analysis of APP design elements,with the product appearance of the instinct layer,the product function of the behavior layer,and the emotional element of the product culture of the reflection layer.,to build a theoretical model of emotional APP.The second part is an overview of college employment APPs and research on similar products.From the three levels of emotional design,it summarizes the advantages of the main analysis products: fresh graduate job-hunting APP,direct competitive internship monk APP,and indirect competitive BOSS direct employment APP.with deficiencies.The third part investigates and builds a user role model for the user needs of students majoring in art and design in colleges and universities.According to the survey results,the main problems are summarized as follows: the user’s own employment planning is not clear;the job information and their own majors are poorly matched;college employment Insufficient tutoring;low self-employment competitiveness.The fourth part,taking the theoretical model as the framework,proposes specific design strategies according to the problems existing in the needs of users: to broaden the employment channels of users in the form of school recruitment combined with social recruitment;to provide employment for users in the form of college employment counseling and forum exchanges Help;professional course training and design information push to improve users’ employment competitiveness,establish user growth system and incentive copywriting and product culture IP image to enhance brand characteristics,improve users’ emotional experience in the job search process,and meet users’ main needs and potential needs.The fifth part is the concretization of the design strategy,that is,the display of the design practice content of the employment APP for art design majors in colleges and universities.The results of the paper research are as follows: establish a theoretical model of APP design under the three-level theory of emotional design;summarize the problems existing in the needs of APP users for the employment of art design majors in colleges and universities;put forward the design strategies for employment APPs for college art design majors;complete colleges and universities according to the formulation of design strategies Art design professional employment APP design practice.Its academic value and social significance lie in: providing emotional design analysis process reference for other APP designs;providing feasible solutions and richer employment services for related college employment APPs for the employment of art employment majors;improving college students’ enthusiasm for employment and employment.Employment efficiency,so that students can reduce psychological pressure during the job search process and maintain a sense of emotional pleasure as much as possible.
