Study On Change Social Practices And Customs Policy Optimization In Tongan District In Xiamen City

In the construction of spiritual civilization,it is an important content to change customs and purify social atmosphere,which is also an important premise to promote social development.This study combines the current difficulties and problems faced by the implementation of Domestic Change Social Practices and Customs policy.From the perspective of the implementation process of the government’s Change Social Practices and Customs policy,scientifically analyze and summarize the status quo of implementation of Change Social Practices and Customs policy in Tongan District,Xiamen City,and tap the advanced practices of Tongan District in Change Social Practices and Customs policy;From the perspective of the implementation effect of the Tongan District Government’s Change Social Practices and Customs policy,the individual comprehensively analyzes the public’s awareness,satisfaction,and implementation of the Tongan District Change Social Practices and Customs policy,with a view to the Tongan District,the southern Fujian cultural circle,and even The province’s Change Social Practices and Customs policy provides ideas.The main conclusions of this study include the following three points:Firstly,after summarizing the latest achievements in Change Social Practices and Customs policy traceability,concept connotation,marriage and funeral customs(ceremonies and customs),folk activities,red and white councils,public participation,and social governance,it is found that the current problems in the Change Practices and Customs policy research can be summarized into the following four aspects:First,domestic scholars have basically no case studies on the prosperous customs of southern Fujian.Second,the current research on the empirical analysis of Change Social Practices and Customs is relatively Less;again,there are currently few studies that integrate Change Social Practices and Customs policy into the rural governance framework;finally,there are fewer empirical methods applied in the current stud and some studies have a smaller sample size.Secondly,in research on the implementation process of the government’s Change Social Practices and Customs policy,it was found that the four main approaches of Change Social Practices and Customs in Tong’an District are worthy of promotion.They are the organic combination of focusing on the role of party organization and respect for village sentiment;Pay attention to the organic combination of propagating and changing ideas with prior guidance and persuasion;strengthen supervision and accountability;focus on strict control of expenditure.It is these advanced practices that have enabled Tongan District to achieve initial results in the Change Social Practices and Customs work,which has initially purified the social atmosphere and significantly improved the quality of villagers;the farmers have achieved initial results in reducing expenditures,and their consumption has become more rational;The phenomenon of superstition is gradually diminished;the working mechanism is gradually improved,and the role of grass-roots party organizations is beginning to appear.Thirdly,it was found in the effect of the implementation of the Change Social Practices and Customs policy by the individual residents on the Tongan District Government.After a comprehensive analysis,through descriptive analysis,text analysis,and satisfaction analysis of 4,720 samples,it was found that:First,residents of Tong’an District had 90.8%awareness of the Change Social Practices and Customs policy.The overall awareness is higher compared with 2018,the residents of each town and street have significantly improved the awareness of the implementation of the Change Social Practices and Customs policy,which shows that the current implementation of the Change Social Practices and Customs policy in Tongan District is better;There are also differences in the awareness of Change Social Practices and Customs policy among different types of residents.Secondly,in the public’s satisfaction analysis of the Change Social Practices and Customs policy in Tong’an District,the overall satisfaction of urban residents is similar to that of rural residents.The reason is that Tongan District’s publicity and persuasion efforts in urban and rural areas are balanced.Urban and rural residents can access the education and publicity of Change Social Practices and Customs in multiple ways;women’s overall satisfaction is higher than men’s,because compared to the past,today’s folklore dinners have decreased,and women’s domestic work burden has decreased;age and satisfaction The degree of relationship is negatively related to the fact that the elderly are greatly affected by traditional ideas and it is difficult to change the original bad habits and the publicity work of the Tong’an District Government in changing the customs of the elderly is not solid enough;the educational level will affect the satisfaction of residents,This means that the higher the level of education,the better it can understand the pros and cons of policies.
