Guangxi Zhaoping County Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection And Inheritance Current Situation And Countermeasures

Rich and colorful intangible cultural heritage is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,Chinese civilization and the spiritual link of national emotions,which is also an important energy source of China’s soft power.In recent years,China has issued a series of documents in the protection work of intangible cultural heritage,which clearly defines the direction and focus of protection and inheritance.However,with the rapid development of current global economy and network,intangible cultural heritage protection work has met severe challenges.Therefore,the study in protection and inheritance wok of intangible cultural heritage is not only conducive to a deeper understanding of the social value of it,but also to its sustainable development.In reality,most of the intangible cultural heritage are located in the county area,thus most of its inheritance and protection work are achieved through the county level.Zhaoping County is located in the northeast of Guangxi,administrated by Hezhou City,with a long history and rich intangible cultural heritage resources.In recent years,although Zhaoping County has done some work in intangible cultural heritage inheritance and protection,the reality is not optimistic and the works face great challenges.Based on the collection and field investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation of the protection and inheritance work of the intangible cultural heritage in Zhaoping County,which is characterized by many kinds of projects,few high-level(city level or above),single category proportion,wide geographical distribution,popular content,etc.,and has its own historical and cultural value,artistic value,economic value and educational value.Under the impact of multi-cultural and modern civilization,the intangible cultural heritage of Zhaoping County is facing local government’s lack of overall protection and inheritance awareness,weak productive protection capacity,lack of professional talents in protection institutions,aging inheritors and lack of follow-up.At last,the author puts forward the views of protecting and inheriting in the ways of scientific compilation of county-level heritage protection plan,accelerating the construction of feasible protection and management mechanism,improving the investment guarantee mechanism of sustainable protection and inheriting,and integrating the work into mass public cultural activities,so as to provide theoretical guidance and suggestions for the inheritance and protection work of intangible cultural heritage in Zhaoping County.
