Research On The Situation And Measures Of The Wheat Straw Painting Development In Runan County,Henan Province

Influenced by the uniqueness,living state,inheritance and rheology of intangible cultural heritage,and the impact of intangible cultural heritage under the background of economic integration,some traditional intangible cultural heritage is endangered,and some have even died out.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the protection,inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.In order to better protect the intangible cultural heritage,UNESCO has promulgated documents such as the Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity and the Convention for the Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage,aimed at promoting the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage in the form of laws and regulations.China has also issued "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China "," Interim Measures for the Protection and Management of National Intangible Cultural Heritage ",and has published four batches of national intangible cultural heritage lists.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress also pointed out that we should strengthen cultural confidence and promote the prosperity and development of socialist culture.On the 14th Cultural and Natural Heritage Day in 2019," Non-legacy Protection,Chinese practice"became the theme,which can be seen that China attaches importance to non-legacy protection.At present,from the published data,we can see that our country has been selected in the United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO)intangible cultural heritage list(Roster)project 40,the total number of the world’s first.From the four national intangible cultural heritage lists published by the State Council,many precious intangible cultural heritage of traditional fine arts are among them.Wheat straw painting,a provincial intangible cultural heritage of traditional fine arts in Runan County,Henan Province,has a history of more than 100 years,and its production technology is exquisite,which condenses the industry and wisdom of generations of folk artists,and has economic value,social value,cultural value and educational value.With the development of the times,the development of wheat straw painting in Runan County is small,so it is urgent to pay more attention to and protect it.Therefore,it is of great significance to put forward the development countermeasures of wheat straw painting in Runan County through combing its development status.In this paper,the author makes a detailed description of the origin and development of wheat straw painting in Runan County,Henan Province,through field visits,investigation and research.According to the actual investigation and knowledge,this paper discusses the value of wheat straw painting in Runan County,and focuses on the artistic value,educational value,economic value,social value and cultural value of wheat straw painting in Runan County.Meanwhile,according to the current development status of wheat straw painting in Runan County,the swot analytical method is used to analyze the development status of wheat straw painting in Runan County,and then provide the basis for the study of the development countermeasures of wheat straw painting in Runan County.Based on the 4v theory and commodity theory of value,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of wheat straw painting in Runan County,Henan Province,which is of great practical and theoretical significance.It is hoped that with the efforts of the government,enterprises,society and individuals and in the way of productive protection,the intangible cultural heritage of wheat straw painting in Runan County,which has condensed the efforts of generations of folk artists,can be better inherited and developed.
