| In view of the problems such as the increasing number of dialysis data of patients and the inability of mobile terminals to accommodate the massive data storage demand generated by hospital dialysis,this thesisstores data on the cloud server and distributed the data to the cloud for node processing,which has advantages such as low cost,fast deployment and flexible scale adjustment,and can efficiently and safely store and process massive dialysis data.At present,the information management system applied in hemodialysis center is only developed based on PC,which can not meet the working mode needs of real-time recording of dialysis data,and the management system is only developed for medical staff,ignoring the problems of patients’ acquisition of hemodialysis related knowledge.This thesisdevelops a service system for hemodialysis patients based on mobile intelligent terminals,which integrates learning,diagnosis and treatment.Based on the Android system,Spring MVC+Hibernate development framework was used to construct the functional modules,such as patient diet regulation,dialysis arrangement,health information,doctor-patient communication,health education,and sharing area.The basic information of patients was directly extracted from the HIS system,and the dialysis schedule of patients was arranged.The realization of dialysis data informatization for patients,and patients can know the information and guidance information related to hemodialysis at any time,which can improve the patients’ knowledge of hemodialysis and improve their selfmanagement ability.The innovation of this thesisis reflected in the following: in view of the large size of dialysis medical images and the limited resources of mobile intelligent terminals,it is impossible for mobile intelligent terminals to process complex tasks for a long time like the desktop system.This thesisproposes a threshold-based level set segmentation method for image segmentation under the condition of multi-threads.The actual test results show that the system development of hemodialysis patients service system,in the intelligent mobile terminal based on Android platform running stability,reached the desired effect in the test,implements the mobile information input and query function,medical personnel can be convenient and quick to complete daily work,improve work efficiency,save time can better service for patients,patients can self-learning anytime and anywhere,convenient for hemodialysis patients health and life management,solve the hemodialysis center needs special diagnostic model,bring convenience to both doctors.44 of the figures,2 of the tables and 62 of the references. |
