With rapid development of mobile medical,more and more medical applications come into our lives and effect the way of patients treatment manner and doctors therapeutic method.It is improving people's living.At the same time,the needing of the continuing nursing care for patients and their families after hospital discharge is increasing gradually.It needs doctors to visit regularly and keep in touch with patients,not the traditional pattern which means that after hospital the service relationship between doctors and patients is over.Nowadays,our healthcare industry developes slowly in patients continuing nursing care and can't be satisfied with patients demand.Based on the present situation of medical service development and the analysis of patients ' demand for continuous care service,this paper sums up the problems of traditional medical service pattern,and in order to better meet the needs of patients,this article proposes a mobile medical follow-up system architecture based on cloud computing.This system can effectively alleviate the limitation of medical service in traditional mode,and build a convenient and quick interactive platform between patients and doctors.Following key points may find in this paper.1.According to the patient's demand for the continuity nursing service,this paper establishes a mobile medical follow-up system prototype based on cloud computing to provide follow-up service for patients after discharge from hospital.2.Analyze the system requirements and subdivide system function modules;design the overall architecture of the system,divide the system into several parts which including the customer application layer,management layer and cloud computing platform layer,using Aliyun to provide computing,the services of shortage and control for the system;Use ring letter cloud to provide users with communication services;then design interface parameter and database table in detail.3.Implement system functions from client and server side respectively,and detailed introduction of the main functions of the specific implementation methods,including through the LRU cache technology to achieve the client's caching mechanism,the use of sharedpreferences technology to achieve data local storage,MD5 encryption technology is used to ensure the integrity of information transmission during user login and registration.4.Finally made a system testing in a whole and validated the available of system.
