| The incentive methods for administrative personnel in public hospitals should not only start from the demands of hospital management services,but also combine with the actual development of the hospital to further enhance the operability of the incentive mechanism for administrative personnel in public hospitals.The construction of incentive mechanisms for administrative personnel in public hospitals should reflect the particularity of their positions,while considering their needs and satisfaction,and seeking incentive measures to enhance the internal drive of administrative personnel.Based on this practical background and requirements,this article analyzes the shortcomings of the incentive mechanism for administrative management personnel at the current stage of hospitals,clarifies the problems,and proposes suggestions for optimizing the incentive mechanism for administrative management personnel.In this paper,we employed literature review and survey research methods to investigate two main aspects.Specifically,S Hospital was selected as the research subject.The first aspect involved identifying the existing issues in the current incentive mechanism for administrative management personnel in S Hospital.The survey aimed to determine the incentive needs and satisfaction levels of these personnel.The second aspect focused on proposing recommendations for addressing the identified issues.On the basis of theoretical analysis and investigation analysis,construct an incentive mechanism suitable for administrative personnel in public hospitals in northern Guangdong,and develop practical measures that can be operated to provide reference for hospitals to optimize incentive mechanisms.This study is guided by incentive theory and proposes the importance and specificity of motivating hospital administrative personnel.Based on the actual situation of incentive mechanisms for hospital administrative personnel in the northern region of Guangdong,such as organizational culture,education and training,performance evaluation,and promotion channels,and based on questionnaire survey data for hospital administrative personnel,it summarizes the factors that affect the incentive mechanism for administrative personnel.The study says,at present,the incentive mechanism for administrative personnel in public hospitals in northern Guangdong faces practical problems such as a lack of cohesion in organizational culture,a single form of education and training,a lack of close correlation between performance evaluation and incentives,and insufficient opportunities for career development and promotion.Therefore,in order to effectively solve the current dilemma of job burnout and low work enthusiasm among administrative personnel in public hospitals in northern Guangdong,public hospitals in northern Guangdong should not only optimize the proportion of management positions in terms of performance management,ensure that the positions match the personnel’s ability characteristics,but also pay attention to the performance evaluation of administrative personnel and their career development plans and establish an operable and targeted personnel incentive mechanism.At the same time,starting from the strategic goals of the development of public hospitals,we should improve the corresponding work mechanisms,clarify job responsibilities,build a platform for showcasing abilities,create a good working atmosphere,and further improve the work efficiency of administrative personnel in public hospitals.Guide administrative management personnel to establish a lifelong learning awareness,clarify career development goals,and combine their own shortcomings to continuously improve their skills,achieving an organic match between high-quality development of public hospitals and personal value. |
