| ObjectiveIn this study, serum fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF-23)concentration levels were collected from patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)of coronary heart disease with different TCM syndromes to analyze the variation characteristics of FGF-23 concentration levels among all groups. To explore the differences of serum FGF23 concentration level,Gensini score, degree of coronary artery disease, blood lipid level and myocardial enzyme profile among different TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease ACS,and preliminarily evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of FGF-23 in TCM differentiation of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).To provide clinical reference for diagnosing and treating acute coronary syndrome of coronary heart disease.MethodsA total of 120 patients with acute coronary syndrome confirmed by CAG examination from Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected, and their medical records and clinical test data(including general data, coronary angiography data, laboratory test indicators, and blood samples of patients for determination of serum FGF23 concentration)were collected. The data of four TCM diagnoses were integrated, and SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results1.In this study, the distribution proportion of TCM syndromes in all ACS patients was successively phlegm-stasis interlocking syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome from high to low.2.The distribution level of serum FGF23 concentration in TCM syndrome types of ACS from high to low was phlegm-stasis interjunction syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.There are certain differences in serum FGF23 concentration level,Gensini score, degree of coronary artery disease, blood lipid level and myocardial enzyme profile among TCM syndromes of ACS.4.Serum FGF23 levels were correlated with c Tn I and CKMB concentrations in myocardial enzyme profiles.Conclusions1.There are certain differences in serum FGF23 concentration level,Gensini score, degree of coronary artery disease, blood lipid level and myocardial enzyme pattern among different TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease ACS,and serum FGF23 concentration level in phlegm-stasis interjunction syndrome group is relatively high, indicating that FGF23 has certain clinical diagnostic value in TCM differentiation of coronary heart disease ACS.At the same time,it is also proved that laboratory indicators are feasible to be used as objectified indicators for syndrome differentiation of ACS in coronary heart disease.2.Serum FGF23 level is correlated with the concentration of c Tn I and CKMB in myocardial enzyme profile, that is,FGF23 is closely related to the severity of ACS in coronary heart disease, and may be a risk factor and predictor of coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases.Clinically, the determination of FGF23 concentration has certain value in evaluating the severity of ACS. |
