Law Study On Prescriptions And Syndrome Types Of Chest Pain And Heartache With Six-meridian Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To summarize the experience in the treatment of chest pain and heartache with the six-meridian syndrome differentiation in ancient medical books,explore the distribution of the six meridian syndromes of the chest pain and heartache,analyze the correlation between relevant clinical factors and the six meridian syndromes,and summarize Professor Li Xiao’s prescription rules for the treatment of chest pain and heartache from the six-meridian syndrome differentiation,in order to start the clinical practice from the six meridian syndromes differentiation and provide new ideas for the treatment of chest pain and heartache.Methods: Research on six-meridian: Enter keywords such as "chest pain,heartache,palpitations,chest tightness" in the full text database of ancient Chinese medicine books.In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the search literature,supplementary searches are carried out in the databases of Chinese medicine think tanks,masters of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine.Remove the descriptions in herbal and acupuncture books,and summarize the common prescriptions and ideas and experiences of ancient physicians for the treatment of chest pain.Clinical research: A total of 178 patients who visited the cardiology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected.Among them,a total of105 cases were included after the inclusion and exclusion criteria were screened.Develop a clinical pulse syndrome questionnaire for patients with chest pain and heartache,number all disease numbers that meet the inclusion criteria and differentiate the symptoms of the six-meridian,enter the relevant clinical data into the Excel form,and use the data analysis software spss26.0 for data analysis.Two-class LOGISTIC regression analysis was performed on related data such as age,gender,disease course,and P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.Through the literature research of ancient books,it is found that Guizhi Decoction,Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao Decoction,Wulingsan,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Guizhi Jiafuzi Decoction,Huanglian Decoction,Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,Xiaochaihu Decoction,Lizhong Decoction and Hewumei pill are the common prescriptions used by ancient physicians to treat chest pain and heartache.2.A total of 105 patients with chest pain and heartache were included in this study.Among them,the ratio of men to women was 1: 1.28.The average age was 59.0±12.8 years.3.Among the 105 patients with chest pain and heartache disease,the patients with a disease course of 1 to 5 years were the most,with a total of 39 cases,accounting for 37.1%.Followed by 6-10 years,a total of 18 cases,accounting for 17.1%.The least distribution of the disease course was> 35 years,and only 1 case occurred,accounting for 1%.4.The most frequent symptoms of 105 patients with chest pain and heartache are: chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,upset,shortness of breath,mouth pain and fatigue.5.In 105 patients with chest pain and heartache,16 tongue textures,12 tongue coatings,and 17 pulse conditions appeared.In the distribution of tongue quality,dark red tongue appeared the most frequently,with a total of 38 occurrences,accounting for 36.2%.In the distribution of tongue coating,thin and white coating appeared the most,31 times,accounting for 29.5%,followed by thin yellow coating,26 cases,accounting for 24.8%,and 13 cases with yellow and greasy coating,accounting for 12.4%.Among the 17 types of pulse conditions,the deep and thin pulse appeared the most,29 cases,accounting for 27.6%;the second was the pulse string,14 cases,accounting for 13.3%;the thin xuan pulse appeared more,a total of 11 cases,accounting for 10.5%.The analysis of all the 17 kinds of pulse conditions found that the Xuan and Chen pulses appear more frequently in the Xiangjian pulse.6.105 patients with chest pain and heartache showed 15 types of syndrome differentiation results,including 6 types of monomenorrhoea,7 types of double meridian disease,and 2 types of triple meridian disease.Among 59 patients with monomenorrhoea,chest pain and heartache,27 cases were Shaoyang Meridian,accounting for 25.7%,the most common;followed by Taiyang meridian 15 cases,accounting for 14.3%;Taiyin Meridian was the least common,2 cases,accounting for 1.9 %.Among the 43 cases of bipolar disorder,the Sun Shaoyin Meridian is the most common,14 cases,accounting for 13.3%,followed by the Sun Shaoyang Meridian,11 cases,accounting for 10.5%,and the Yangming Shaoyin Meridian is the least common.1 case,accounting for 1.0%.There were 3 cases of triad syndrome,2 cases of Taiyangyangming Shaoyin syndrome,accounting for 1.9%,and 1 case of Taiyangyangming Shaoyin syndrome,accounting for 1.0%.After splitting the two meridians and three meridians,the Shaoyang meridian appears the most frequently,at 48.6%,followed by the Taiyang meridian 43.8%,Shaoyin meridian 26.7%,Yangming meridian 20.0%,and Taiyin meridian 4.8%.Jueyin meridian was 2.9%.7.The binary logistic regression analysis of sex,age,and course of six meridians of 105 patients with chest pain and heartache in this study showed that there was no obvious correlation between gender,age,course of disease and the onset of six meridians.8.Chaihu Longgumuli Decoction,Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Mafu Xixin Decoction are commonly used prescriptions used by Professor Li Xiao to diagnose and treat chest pain and heartache from the six channels.Conclusion:1.The occurrence frequency of the six meridian syndromes of chest pain and heartache in descending order are: Shaoyang meridian,Taiyang meridian,Shaoyin meridian,Yangming meridian,Jueyin meridian,Taiyin meridian.2.The disease of chest pain and heartache is mainly caused by single-menorrhoea disease and two-menorrhoea disease.3.Studies have shown that Chaihu Longgumuli Decoction,Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Mafu Xixin Decoction are commonly used prescriptions for Professor Li Xiao to diagnose and treat chest pain and heartache from the six-meridian syndrome differentiation.4.Combined disease of three-menorrhoea and above is relatively rare.Six-meridian syndrome differentiation is a feasible method for clinical treatment of chest pain and heartache.
