| Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of the spleen-strengthening method(spleen-strengthening Guchong decoction combined with spleen-shen ear acupuncture)in the treatment of splenic deficiency perimenorrhea,explore its effectiveness and safety,highlight the advantages of combining traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment of the disease,and provide ideas.Methods:Methods: In accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,this study screened 88 cases of spleen deficiency perimenopausal reactive blood patients who went to the gynecological clinic of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 as the research object,signed an informed consent form,and divided into treatment group and control group using the principle of random group 44 cases each.Treatment group: strengthening the spleen and conditioning method(strengthening the spleen Guchong decoction + conditioning ear needle)How to take: take one dose a day,take it with water,take it twice in the morning and evening,take it orally for 21 days continuously,and take medicine during menstruation.Adjustment ear needle: thalamus,endocrine,divine door.The ear needles are made of0.18 mm × 13 mm millimeter needles,with moderate stimulation.Every 3days,the needle is left for 30 minutes each time.The first needle is used to the left ear,the second needle is used to the right ear,and the two ears alternately to stop the bleeding.Control group: estradiol tablets(Ma Fulong)(Manufacturer: N.V.ORGANON Approval No.: H20171176)Specification:0.15 mg,30μg.Method of taking: 0.15 mg at a time,the dosage for the first3 days is 2 times/day,after 3 days the dosage is 1 times/day,orally taken for 21 days,and the dose is 1 course of treatment for 7 days.Both groups took the 28 th as a course of treatment,At the same time,compare the recurrence of the two groups for 3 months.Observe the effect of stopping bleeding in the past month of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the adjustment of the menstrual cycle,and the improvement of the patient’s anxiety state.The estradiol level(E2),hemoglobin(Hb)content and endometrial thickness were detected before and after treatment.And observe the recurrence of the two groups within 3 months of treatment.Results:1.The effect of stopping bleeding in the past month: the total efficiency of the treatment group is 88%,and the total efficiency of the control group is81%.The discrepancy between the two sets is not statistically meaning.(P>0.05).2.Adjustment of menstrual cycle: the efficiency of the control group is74%,and the efficiency of the treatment group is 94%.After testing,the difference between the two sets is statistically meaning(P<0.05).3.Single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: there is no statistics difference between the two sets of single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before treatment(P>0.05),it is comparable;the treatment group and the control group have lower TCM symptoms than before treatment.The difference after testing(P<0.05)has a statistical difference,and the treatment group is superior than the matched group(P<0.05).4.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome effect: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate was 70 percent better than the control group.The discrepancy is statistically sense(P<0.05).5.Changes in laboratory indicators:Hb:The Hemoglobin content of the two sets is higher than that prior treatment,and the difference between the pre-treatment is statisticallysense(P<0.05),and the treatment group is outbalance than the matched group(P<0.05);Endometrial thickness: Compared before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the endometrial thickness was lower than prior treatment(P<0.05),with statistical differences;and the treatment group was better than the matched group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);E2 :The estradiol level is below than before treatment,and the discrepancy is statistically meaning(P<0.05),and the treatment group is outbalance than the control group(P<0.05).6.Recurrence rate within 3 months: After testing,the recurrence rate in the control group was 31%,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was11%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of spleen deficiency perimenal blood can effectively stop bleeding.At the same time,it can also improve the state of anemia.It is more effective than Ma Fu long in adjusting the patient’s menstrual cycle,improving the patient’s endocrine regulation system,improving the patient’s anxiety state and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms.2.The application of spleen conditioning method to treat spleen deficiency perimenopausal dysfunction has good clinical efficiency,The recurrence rate is low.Patient compliance is good.There were no untoward effect and after-effects.which is deserve of further clinical popularize. |
