Objective：With chronic atrophic gastritis in the study，observing the influence of themethod in strengthening spleen and warming spleen and stomach on the symptoms，signs，gastroscopy and pathological examination，exploring new ideas and new methods oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods：Choose to meet the criteria for the60cases of patients with chronicatrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups，the treatment group（30cases）to the strengthening spleen and warming spleen and stomach method in the treatment，thecontrol group（30cases）to Liu junzi treatment，a randomized，controlled experiment，after medicating3months，observing two groups of clinical curative effect and signing therecord score of two groups of clinical symptoms， gastroscopy and pathologicalexamination and judging curative effect，then finishing statistical analysis.（Selected72cases，of which5cases were lost to follow-up，7cases to exit，eventually selected60cases）Result：The total effective rate of strengthening spleen and warming spleen andstomach method in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is obviously better thanLiujunzi Wan group dose（P<0.05）；Compared the two groups before and after treatment，strengthening spleen and warming spleen and stomach method group and Liu junzi groupin the comprehensive curative effect，TCM syndrome curative effect，and gastroscopy andpathological examination and other indicators，have significant difference（P<0.05orP<0.01）. Conclusion：Clinical studies have shown that chronic atrophic gastritis using twodrug treatment all can effectively improve the clinical symptom such as stomach bloat ordull pain，eat less stay and loose stool，and in the overall curative effect and gastroscopyand pathological examination changes have significant difference（P<0.05or P<0.01）between them，the effect of strengthening spleen and warming spleen and stomach methodis better than Liujunzi Wan group.
