Objective: To make a statistical analysis of Professor Wang Shirong’s prescriptions for the treatment of proteinuria caused by chronic kidney disease in the elderly by using data mining,and summarize Professor Wang Shirong ’s medication ideas in the diagnosis and treatment of proteinuria caused by chronic kidney disease in the elderly,so as to provide empirical guidance for future scholars’ clinical practice.Research methods: Collect the medical records of patients with chronic kidney disease who were diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Shirong in the outpatient department and in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,establish a database with Excel software,and clean up the data.Use SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS Modeler22.0to associate the drugs in the database to get the commonly used drug pairs of tutors,cluster analyze the high-frequency drugs to get the core prescriptions of tutors,and summarize and summarize Professor Wang Shirong ’s treatment of senile chronic kidney disease.Results:1.This study included 310 elderly patients,including 189 male patients(61%)and 121 female patients(39%).The number of male patients is much higher than that of female patients,and the ratio of male to female patients is about 1.6:1.2.According to the statistics of drug frequency in 702 prescriptions in this study,a total of 223 Chinese medicines were used,with a total frequency of 10,895 times,of which36 Chinese medicines were used more than 90 times.If this part of Chinese medicines were identified as high-frequency drugs,the frequency of high-frequency drugs could reach7,366,accounting for 68%.3.The high-frequency drugs were classified by four gases,and the cumulative total frequency was 7366 times.According to the proportion of four gases,the warm drugs were used the most frequently,accounting for 3575 times,accounting for 51%.4.The classification statistics of high-frequency drugs showed that the total frequency of five kinds of drugs was 13,458 times.According to the statistics of the frequency of five kinds of drugs,the order was sweet,bitter,pungent,sour,salty and astringent.Sweet drugs were used the most frequently,reaching 7236 times,accounting for 54% of high-frequency drugs,while astringent drugs were used less frequently,only 204 times,accounting for 2% of high-frequency drugs.5.According to the statistics of meridian tropism of high-frequency drugs,the total frequency is 17056 times.The top four drugs with the highest frequency of meridian tropism are the spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin,accounting for 23%,the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin,3405,accounting for 20%,the lung meridian of Hand Taiyin,2488 times,accounting for 15%,and the kidney meridian of Foot Shaoyin,accounting for 13%.6.According to the efficacy of drugs,the frequency of application of tonic drugs ranked first,reaching 2430 times,accounting for 34%,followed by tonic drugs,with 2039 times of use,accounting for 28%,and 569 times of diuresis and diuresis,accounting for8%.7.Through correlation analysis,it can be concluded that Professor Wang Shirong commonly used drug pairs are angelica-peach kernel,peach kernel-angelica-safflower and peach kernel-angelica-astragalus.8.After cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs,five groups of core drugs can be obtained,which are C1: peach kernel,safflower,zedoary,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Dioscorea nipponica,Euonymus japonicus,earthworm,astragalus,angelica and Spatholobus suberectus;C2: Rosa laevigata,Caulis Trachelospermi,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba;C3: Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Atractylodis Rhizoma,Poria,and Radix Codonopsis;C4: Radix Bupleuri,Scutellariae Radix,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae and Coicis Semen;C5: Cortex Eucommiae,Herba Taxilli,Achyranthis Radix,Radix Notoginseng,Fructus Amomi,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Corni Fructus,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Radix Pseudostellariae.Conclusion:1.This study shows that the main syndromes of chronic kidney disease in the elderly are qi deficiency and blood stasis,and deficiency of both qi and yin,and the standard syndromes are water-dampness syndrome,damp-heat syndrome and wet turbidity syndrome.2.Professor Wang Shirong attaches great importance to strengthening the soil and strengthening the yuan in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in the elderly,and treats it with spleen and kidney,while reinforcing deficiency and strengthening the body resistance.3.Treating proteinuria in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease from the theory of qi,blood and body fluid,with supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation as the main therapeutic principle.
