Analysis Of Professor Of Liu Li’s Medication Experience In The Treatment Of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the prescription characteristics and medication experience of Professor Liu Li in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and to explore potential new prescriptions,so as to popularize the clinical experience and academic thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine and enrich the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:Based on the national science and technology promotion project "Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)software",the liuli professor in April 2019-March 2022 in the diagnosis and treatment of paroxysmal af cases information entry platform,including the patients’ general information,clinical information,use the system in a " data analysis ","statistics" function for clustering analysis,data mining,And statistical analysis and mining results.Results:A total of 95 cases of paroxysmal af were collected according to the research criteria,and a total of 95 prescriptions were recorded.The analysis and mining results were as follows.1.There were more men than women in this study.The age of patients with this disease was mainly concentrated in "≥71 years old",accounting for34.73%.2.Professor Liu Li used warm,cold,flat,sweet,bitter and spicy drugs in the treatment of paroxysmal af.The drugs mainly belong to the meridian of spleen,liver,lung,heart,kidney and stomach.3.A total of 117 herbs were used in 95 prescriptions,and the most commonly used drugs for supplementing qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and calming nerves.The top 10 Chinese medicines with the highest frequency of 117 herbs were Astragalus membranaceus,cassia twig,Poria cocos,Salvia miltiorrhiza,calcined keel,rhodiola rosea,calcined oyster,pueraria root,Coptis chinensis and Eucommia ulmoides.4.According to the analysis of prescription law,there were 22 commonly used drug combinations and 7 core drugs in the treatment of paroxysmal af,including Astragalus membranaceus,cassia twig,salvia miltiorrhiza,rhodiola rosea,calcineous keel,calcineous oyster and Poria cohoe.5.Six core drug combinations were obtained by complex system entropy clustering algorithm,and three new prescriptions were discovered.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu Li believes that the basic pathogenesis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is the origin of deficiency marked by deficiency of qi,Yin and Yang,and the origin of deficiency marked by stasis,phlegm and qi stagnation.The disease is located in the heart and involves lung,spleen,kidney,liver and stomach.2.In the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,professor Liu Li used warm,cold and flat drugs,with sweet,bitter and spicy taste as the main taste,and the drugs were mainly in the spleen meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian and stomach meridian.Commonly used astragalus membranaceus,cassia twig,Poria cocos,salvia miltiorrhiza,calcined keel,rhodiola rosea,calcined oyster,pueraria,Coptis chinensis,eucommia ulmoides and other drugs.3.Professor Liu Li treats paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with "invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,promoting blood circulation and warming the meridian,calming the nerves and calming palpitations".
