Analysis On The Academic Thoughts And Clinical Medication Law Of Professor Li Yuchun In Treating Stomach Pain Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS,V2.5),the data mining method was used to explore the prescriptions and experiences of Professor Li Yuchun,a famous old traditional Chinese medicine doctor in the Ningxia region,to treat stomach pain.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to collect a total of 302 cases of patients diagnosed with stomachache in the outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine during the period from March 2017 to January 2019.The case content including the patient's personal data,four diagnostic information,diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the first-time clinical prescription and so on.Then,all the collected information of these cases inputted into the TCMISS and the syndrome statistics,drug frequency statistics,Chinese herb classification and meridians statistics,Chinese herb four qi and five taste statistics were analyzed through the function of "information statistics" in the TCMISS software.Data mining methods such as association rule analysis,complex system entropy clustering analysis and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis were used to analyze the entered prescription information through the "data analysis" function in TCMISS,so as to obtain professor Li Yuchun's prescription rule and new prescription for stomachache treating.Results1.The first-time diagnosis prescriptions of selected 302 patients were analyzed.According to the syndrome statistics of stomachache treatment by professor Li Yuchun's with "Grasp the primary symptom",the most common dialectical type was stomach-qi pain,with a total of 65 cases.According to the statistical analysis of drug frequency,Professor Li Yuchun used a total of 158 kinds of Chinese herb in clinical stomachache treatment,among which the medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold and flat,the medicinal tastes were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,and most of the Chinese herb channel tropisms were spleen,stomach,liver and lung.There were 30 kinds of Chinese herb with the frequency of occurrence more than 50 times,and the top 10 kinds of Chinese herb with the frequency of use were: Radix Aucklandiae,Fructus Amomi,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,fried Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Aurantii,Radix Codonopsis,Endoconcha Sepiae,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Bulbus Fritillartae Thunbergii.All of these herbs had the effect of regulating qi,relieving pain,strengthening the spleen.In addition,the high-frequency herbs in the eight syndromes of stomach-qi pain,stomach-deficiency pain,stomach-burning pain,stomach-cold pain,stomach-food accumulation pain,blood stasis pain,Yin deficiency stomachache and complex stomachache were further analysed.2.The drug combinations obtained by the association rules were: Radix Codonopsis,Radix Aucklandiae;Radix Codonopsis,Fructus Aurantii;Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Fructus Aurantii;Radix Aucklandiae,Fructus Aurantii;Radix Aucklandiae,Fructus Amomi;Radix Codonopsis,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata;fried Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Aurantii;fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Fructus Amomi;Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata;Radix Aucklandiae,Endoconcha Sepiae and so on.Based on the complex system entropy clustering analysis,29 core combinations of 3 drugs and 16 core combinations of 4-6 drugs were obtained.Finally,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis was used to extract 7 new prescription combinations:(1)Radix Aucklandiae,unriped Radix Rehmanniae,Fructus Amomi,,Radix Panacis Quinquefolii;(2)Fructus Citri,Radix Puerariae,fenugreek,fried Rhizoma Dioscoreae;(3)Shenqu,Rhizoma Corydalis,Fructus Crataegi,fried Fructus Hordei Germinatus,Rhizome Atractylodis,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Pericarpium Arecae;(4)Radix Linderae,Rhizoma Rolygonati Odorati,Folium Nelumbinis,Radix Glehniae;(5)Rhizoma Corydalis,Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum,Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix Bupleuri,Rhizome Chuanxiong;(6)Radix ophiopogonis,Herba Dendrobii,Bulbus Lily,Radix Glehniae,Caulis Bambusae In Taenia,Radix Panacis Quinquefolii;(7)Fructus Evodiae,Hizoma Coptidis,Herba Taraxaci,Radix Gentianae,fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Hedyotis Diffusa,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata.Conclusion1.The results of this study reflected professor Li Yuchun's prescription rule and experience in stomachache treating from the idea of "grasping main symptoms" through the data mining method.(1)Professor Li mainly mainly used warm,cold and flat herbs to treat stomachache,most of which were bitter,pungent and sweet herbs,and most of the herb channel tropism belonged to the spleen,stomach and liver.The treatment was mainly based on dispersing stagnated liver qi,clearance stomach hot and desending gastric qi,which clinical efficacy was significant.(2)Professor Li was good at using medicines when prescribing,advocated the combination of Jing and Shi prescription,and was flexible in medication,yet did not claim prescription Chinese medicine various.(3)Professor Li in the therapy with syndrome differentiation of stomachache advocated that analgesia should be the main problem to be solved in the treatment of stomachache,followed by solving other symptoms,that's to say,the main contradiction should be solved,without treating every symptom.It reflected his academic thought of "grasping the main symptoms and recognizing the pathogenesis".
